Stayed for 1 night, and it was really clean, and well kept. The staff were so friendly, and very accommodating.

Can't beat the location of this hotel! Central to everything! You can walk, bike or Uber to wherever you want to go. Great restaurants in and around the hotel! Two employees really stood out during our stay-the gentleman that checked us in and our server at The Big Bar. Both enegaged us in conversation but in a way that had personal touch! Rooms are good sized and the bed is pretty darn comfy!

Nice hotel, friendly staff; good restaurants; not very close to conference center, but no downtown hotels are. Chicago's a really friendly, walkable city, with lots to see and do.

There for the NRA. I was treated with professionalism by every staff member from check in to check out

Fantastic experience at this hotel! Restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, and everything was brought to our room! Would recommend to anybody staying in Chicago.

Excellent hotel and amenities. The lobby is great.

We love Chicago and go in often. This hotel is one of the nicest near the Chicago River, which is a great area to be. This is a large conference hotel, so it can be busy, but our room was lovely and quiet. We stayed in the west tower. Elevators were slow during crowded times, but that is to be expected. Overall, our stay was great and the staff friendly and helpful.

Good. The room would not heat up sufficiently for my preferred comfort. The staff is always wonderful. I stay here for routine business travel.

The location is nice. Our view was of the Chicago river going into Lake Michigan which was beautiful. We opted for a Regency Club room which includes access to the Regency Lounge which was nice. My only complaint is that the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep due to the poor pillows causing neck pain and headaches and my husband had a terrible back pain by the time we left.

Close to everything super-touristy you'd want to do on a short weekend trip to Chicago.

we were there for a 24 hour layover and by staying downtown we were really able to see a lot of attractions - we did the navy pier and we also went ice skating at mccormik at millenium park. of course we took pictures by the cloud in the park and ate deep dish pizza. we walked all over and when tired quickly hopped a cab back to the hotel

Loved the location even if parking was expensive.

Great hotel with comfortable accommodations, great staff and in a prime location!

This hotel is very accessible from the CTA, it's within walking distance. Many shops, restaurants and attractions right in the area. Very welcoming staff. Everyone looks happy and friendly. This hotel is very sterile and pristine. Most of all great price. I could write about this forever but I don't have time. Just book your stay here; you will not be disappointed.

We decided to stay downtown after seeing Hamilton. The location is right in the middle of the city, lots to do and see and an easy walk to the theater district.

If you get the chance to include breakfast with your room, I highly recommend it. The buffet at the hotel is amazing and well worth the money.

Very accommodating, this will be my spot from now on!!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was very nice. Room was large, updated with 2 queens and nice large tv with HBO. Beds were comfy with down blankets. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great store on 1st fl called Marketplace where we got bagels and coffee each morning and hot chocolate when we came back at night after walking around in the snow in the city. I've stayed in other hotels during my visits and haven't been impressed but would definitely stay at Hyatt again. Good location for theatre, museums and Loop shopping.

outstanding property in a great location. excellent food in courtyard restaurant (particularly smoked dishes which are large enough to share)

I could hear what another couple was doing (even what they were saying). It was more like motel, not 4 star hotel.
