Lovely - Though Not as 20's As Hoped For
I love all Pendry properties! While I was hoping that they would have leaned more into the 1920's Art Deco style to match the beautiful building it was still lovely. The bar area is small and the restaurant had strange hours. Not the hotel bar/networking scene I was hoping for. Also NO POOL OR HOT TUB OF ANYKIND. The service was of course amazing and commensurate with the brand and I will certainly visit again.

Hotel and staff was great - for rooms facing Michigan Avenue consider sound proofing the windows - the cars are so loud and could hear it all night ! But service and stay over all was great

Easy & central location with most staff being helpful. Warm welcome & quick check in. Not the biggest fan of the rooms compared to other Pendry’s i have stayed in (WeHo, San Diego), mattress was sloping down, lots of dust gathered behind the head side of mattress, was obviously assigned the furthest corner room, close to operation doors/closet, so heard a lot of noise, plus facing back towards the ventilation of the building didn’t help. The rooms didn’t feel comfortable.

Wonderful hotel, fabulous staff and my room was incredibly clean and so beautiful (how do they keep white carpets so white)? It was a weekend with old friends, the hotel easily accommodated adjoining rooms - which are surprisingly hard to arrange at many nice hotels. And seriously, the carpet was so nice and clean (and new?) that we laid around in the floor and talked - when do you ever do that at a hotel? Only complaint was one elevator was kinda glitchy.
