Everything was great. Although it was interesting to have there separate hotels in the same building each with separate elevators, but one reception area. We weren’t informed that cleaning would have to be requested the day before and that you were going to be on a list. Only one day we received full cleaning, but towels were provided upon request.

Typical hotel. Nothing to rave about. The pool was cloudy. So cloudy my child could not see anything through her goggles. Valet was a nightmare. They lost our ticket!

Went for car show in McCormick plaza. Hotel in proximity to walk to that place. Location is good with easy access to downtown in 10 min via Uber. I booked room with breakfast including and paid for that on orbitz, however, hotel didn’t have that information. And has to pay on site again. It was frustrating to sort that which did not get sorted ! It was disappointing and expensive for what I reserved for !

The front desk staff really rude and nothing servicial. Amenities such us breakfast was not available just for Hilton Inn guest, because I heart that fot Hamptons was different. I asked many times for hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, towels and toilet paper. Nevers arrives. Even when I ask (personally) at front desk, staff just said: You must wait. I would never came back there.

The agents attitude was horrible my room wasn’t even ready at the time of check in. There were several people in the lobby waiting to be checked in but no rooms was available!

Great location. Housekeeping missed my room though we were out of the room by 8:30 am

Great rooms and very friendly staff. I was able to work and get great rest during my stay.

I liked the gym facility and the view from the room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was set up nicely. I am pretty sure I was eaten alive by bedbugs though. I stayed 3 nights and woke up every morning with more little red raised bumps on my body. I checked the mattress and couldn't see anything but something was definitely eating me alive in that room.

Sparkling clean and comfortable. Great bed and shower.
