Right on the riverfront so it’s close to restaurants, shopping, Millenium Park and the train. Classy place. Beds were wonderful (firm mattress and quality pillows and linens). Since it’s right on the riverfront, it’s noisy (loud cars, lots of people, etc). We’d stay again!

Very convenient location. Several restaurants attached to the hotel and also nearby. Large room. Extra efficient elevators - a very unique feature. Reasons for an overall rating of 4: 1. Zero noise insulation between room and bathroom - sliding doors with a gap of 1+ inch means there is a visual barrier but not an audio barrier - a very bad idea for this very expensive hotel. 2. Only some sound insulation for street noises that go on till very late in the night - was expecting better. 3. In-room menu has a good but not great variety of food. Restaurant on 21st floor doesn’t have enough vegan options - the ones we tried were ok. The roof feels a bit club-like. Overall, still a very nice place but would love to see some improvements related to at least noise insulation between bathroom and room, and some vegan food options in restaurants that are part of the hotel because it limits groups if they have vegan guests in them.

Location, location, location! The front of the hotel opens up to the river/River Walk instead of having another high rise directly across the street. It's totally convenient for walking around the city. Food was terrific. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly and there was very loud construction going on downstairs which was annoying.

Very gorgeous hotel and convenient for being in the loop. The hotel is situated right in front of the river walk which is great. However, it can be busy no matter what time of the day, it gets loud at night when people would have parties or very close to the road so you hear all honking and sirens.
