As members, it was nice to be able to check earlier on arrival and late because of the flights schedule. Was s plus in that frigid weather.

All employees were helpful attentive and very nice

Hotel is great, great people, convenient shuttle. Would be all 5's except the beds are hard. I know people think firm is better, but for our group the beds were too hard.

The room was clean and good size. Very quiet. The only complaint I have, is paying 30 dollars for parking.

Wonderful and Easy going. My wife loved it and so did my son.

Staff exhibited a lack of interest in its customers

Flew in for a memorial event. The staff at the front desk was pleasant. Enjoyed the comfortable room and morning coffee. The food at the restaurant was great. The comfy chairs by the fireplace and lobby music was enjoyable.

Beautiful peace of mind in chicago.will do again soon but me and my husband enjoyed our self and the bed was very comfortable.

Parking $30 a night Breakfast $20 / person WIFI extra say WHAAAAAA you DECIDE Room is clean And comfortable.. but all these extras left me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. LESSON LEARNT

There was a real bad odor in the 4th floor room I had. Maybe it was on the side of the hotel where the garbage dumpster is. Didn't notice it until middle of night into the am. Luckily I was only there one night. The shower nozzle was also loose and couldn't be adjusted for softer water flow. Rest of the hotel was decent. Being an airport hotel, would have liked to see more frequent shuttle services maybe 3x per hour vs 2x

Have had many issues during the time we stayed at the hotel: 1. Uncomfortable bed sofa where my son slept 2. Air vent in the bathroom didn't work and wasnt able to repair 3. No sheets and towels for the 3rd person staying (my son) 4. Breakfast buffet not recommended 5. Expensive breakfast when not included in the room

Close to the airport hotel with free shuttle. Driver that picked up in the evening was helpful. Room was comfortable esp the bed. No free breakfast and you have to pay for the wifi connection.

Was looking for a close to the airport place to sleep for the night, this place was nice and clean. Thank goodness for Google Maps because it's not easy to get to from the main road.

Terrible staff v unhelpful took the bell person 30 minutes to come help me with the bags will not recommend it at all

triple charged for parking staff reported it may take 4-6 weeks to have the charges removed. Will never stay here again.

One night good. Shouldn't have to pay for parking though.

Nice staff and very quite bed are very comfortable.

Overall the staff and quality of the room is great no complaints and I love the fact they use Aveda products!! The only thing I didn't like is you have to pay $30 for parking and they cannot discount the price so it does take away a little from the value or rate of the hotel because if you add parking on the rate per day it's like you didn't really get a good deal on the room but overall we had a great experience just wish the parking was at least discounted.

Great hotel! Huge room and the lobby was beautiful. Great choice.

Flew into Chicago from Denver for a family and friends Celebration of Life gathering, and i booked a room here and took the free shuttle to the Hotel.......People who I haven't seen in 30 years, showed for the service. It was a great time for this sad occasion, and at the end of a long day, about 7 of my family members had a long drive home. So I decided to see if I could get them lodging here, instead. As it turns out, I only needed one extra room, because this was a very large and beautiful suite, and they all fit comfortably for a ridiculously low rate. I couldn't of been happier. This hotel and staff made me look like a hero. Thanks so much!
