Front door staff was extremely rude. Automatic doors did not work and staff did absolutely nothing to help me get out with baby and stroller. Never once offering to hold the door.

We love the location!! We prefer staying at the Westin because of the excellent location. So convenient!!

I checked into our room and it looked like feces on the comforter and the sheets. The bathroom had looked like someone wiped there but with a wash rag. I have pictures of everything to back it up. I complained a d the lady said she would put 5000 points on my Marriott acct. Problemis i dont have a Marriott acct. And refused to refund my money. It was gross.

My wife and I have been staying at the Westin for years now when we come to Chicago at Christmas time. The staff is great, the location can't be beat and the Grille in the restaurant is top notch. If I have one complaint, the water pressure in the shower left a little to be desired, but that's the only complaint I have.

Attempted to check in at 330pm but room wasn't ready and was advised they would call when ready. Others in our party were able to access rooms immediately, but not us and not sure why. Upon check in, our room was clean but there was so much condensation on exterior winds that a pool of water was sitting on the sill and dripping to the carpeted floor. Our room was next to the Westin Club and we were greeted at 630 the next morning by employees loud discussions while setting up breakfast for preferred guests. On several occasions, between 630 and 730am the employees gathered in the hall outside of our room to talk. twice we asked if they could keep it down but finally just arose and then checked out. When advising management of our stay, we were told that they couldn't help us with anything as we were not Westin Club members. On the plus side, the valet and concierge members were great :) Overall, i just cant recommend with SO many other options close by.

The Westin is in a great location, the staff is amazing, Alfredo in concierge is wonderful and made our trip magical for my sons birthday!!!! The room was clean, mini fridge in room, easy check in/out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Service in Grill & bar is unskilled & apparently overworked. Guests shouldn't have to ask a housekeeperfor a shower cap. Room is comfortable and front desk staff is knowledgable & helpful. Finding the hotel's actual entrance is challenging. There is sense of arrival as you pull up to the entrance. Uber & Lyft drivers don't know where to pick up this hotel's guests because the entrance is not on N. Michigan, it's on a side street.

I really enjoy stay in this hotel, the staff member at frondesk very nice and friendly ( her name Maria..) she is the best customer service. She go out her way to help me when i ask question and request to upgrade my room .

Loved the professionalism of all the staff and the friendliness was most appricated.

Pros: clean room, location, walkability, hotel restaurant, quiet. Cons: overpriced valet parking ($72.00/day), no free Wifi, lacking secure access - anyone would be able to come off the street and enter an elevator.

We enjoyed our stay at this Westin and will definitely stay here again.The staff at the front desk were very friendly upon our arrival ,our room was clean and the location is very close to Chicago attractions.

This Westin has been redone in the past couple of years. It has a great new look.

The Westin is in a great location, the staff is amazing, Alfredo in concierge is wonderful and made our trip magical for my sons birthday!!!! The room was clean, mini fridge in room, easy check in/out. I would highly recommend this hotel.
