The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago

Excellent location; well-maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Great experience.

The hotel was excellent overall. My only complaint is the strangest shower head I have ever seen. There is a rain shower- that’s great. But there is also a square hand held shower head. It doesn’t face down so when I turned on the shower it sprayed the towels and the hole bathroom and if you don’t want to wash your hair you have to hold the shower head the hole time or it sprays the upper ceiling area.

I stay here often on business travel and it is always a positive experience.

Great location; beautiful lobby and rooms. We would definitely stay there again!

Several areas of opportunity such as cleaning, staff courtesy, etc. Location is great - definettely hotels best asset but with so many hotel options in Chicago, can't be the only one. Rooms are ok, room cleaning was deficient.

Very friendly staff, good location, nice clean rooms.

Rooms are small. Housekeeping is neglectful and terrible - but they take their tips! It is not the serenity feeling you expect from a Westin at all. No nice touches/no spot cleaning/needs care. Elevators are shaky. Nothing is classy. Inappropriate music in lobby. Door people sometimes do not help. Supplies were not left in our room. You have so many other classy choices in Chicago. Don't make our mistake and stay here - try the Trump Hotel. It's beautiful, sparkling clean and they really know how to treat travelers.

Fabulous staff! Clean! All good ... beds were just tight! Please upgrade full-Size to Kings! Had more snuggling than expected this time (kinda squishy).

Parking is expensive! Stay was great! We loved being next door to Water Tower Mall.

Friendly staff. Great view of Michigan Ave from room...Parking is very expensive, as is the "Grill" steakhouse! Great location!

The hotel staff are super accommodating. We loved the location and will stay here again.

Perfect location Excellent staff and facilities Good for business or leisurely trips

I love the convenience of this Westin. It's within walking distance of our favorite places and great location for morning runs along Lakeshore. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly. Parking is not 24 hour rate as expected, but only until 5:00 day of checkout.

I specifically booked a room with 2 beds as 2 adults were sharing a room for a one night business trip. A room with one bed was provided.

We were a family group of nine in need of a Saturday night dinner reservation. The restaurant we hoped to go to was booked and the concierge was able to get us a comparable restaurant reservation in minutes multitasking as she helped me while successfully assisting another hotel patron simultaneously. We ended up w a private room in the restaurant she suggested which was perfect, we were able to enjoy a private family dinner together after attending a family funeral earlier that day in Indiana.

Father in law 70 birthday family gathering. Hotel is fine but valet parking is $67 a day and parking workers are rude

Overall the hotel was very clean and we'll maintained. Would definitely stay again if we ever have another night in Chicago. I almost felt underdressed as everyone else around me had on suits! Great hotel and service (including valet services)!

The Westin exceeded our expectations in terms of pricing for the excellent location. Easy access to the Magnificent Mile, Lakeshore Blvd, and to the L mass transit system. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here the next time in Chicago.

The room is very nice, and the staff is nice too, however the room is little bit small than my imagine.
