concierge was very helpful and friendly. Helped identify areas of interest, make reservations, and always a friendly face

My 16 dollar sandwich and 8 dollar beer cost me 48 dollars with all the extra addons they tack to the bill.

This hotel has many floors but that’s deceiving because the high floors are condos or apartments. The hotel rooms are below them.

Beautiful hotel! Will stay here again next time in Chicago! Hotel was very clean, and staff was very helpful and welcoming!

Everything went smoothly. Great staff and great experience.

Hotel nuevo, excelentes instalaciones y excelente ubicación

The bedsheets and pillows were so comfortable I looked at the brand and bought some online. Views were decent for the price. Pool was a liftle colder than expexted. Our room which was basic was very nice. Great part of DT Chicago. I recommend.

Great hotel with very nice spa & restaurants, Jr Suite was very spacious. Also extremely pet friendly!

My wife and I spent a few days seeing Chicago and this was a wonderful base location. Nice fitness room. Great view from our room. Friendly staff.

The stay was great hotel is very nice only thing that would make it better is a hot tub in pool area

This hotel is beautifully decorated and was convenient for our access to shopping and eating. Wonderful view of the city through the floor to ceiling glass window.

Very nice hotel. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. And they were very helpful with our bags when we wanted to go to lunch nearby.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and room was very comfortable.

Unparalleled service, modern facilities, clean & comfortable. One of the nicest hotels bar none. Can't wait to return !

Great easy hotel with responsive staff. Roof top could be nicer.

This hotel has the same luxurious and comfortable feel as other Loews Hotels I've stayed at (very similar to the Boston one, not quite as luxe as Nashville) with ultra-comfy beds, great staff, nice public spaces, and excellent noise control. It is very elegant and comfortable. The hotel is described as having the largest rooftop bar in Chicago and great views of Lake Michigan and the River, which made it very attractive for the slightly higher price. I did not understand when booking that the hotel shares its space with Loews residences (apartments) which occupy the taller tower part of the building. Many of the views of the River are from the apartment building only. The two higher rooftops are also only for apartment tenants. The "Streeterville Social" open to guests is on 4th story roof above reception so it doesn't have any real views (like the other true rooftops of the hotel & apartment tower would). It has a city view only so you cannot view the Navy Pier fireworks from there, for example. When booking with Orbitz, even with a special request (birthday) we were not given a room with a view of the lake or the river, just a room on the top floor with a city view only. There is a Starbucks within the hotel, but you will need to walk around 15 minutes to get to major attractions or to most restaurants. There's not much in the immediate couple blocks besides residential businesses (gym, grocery store, etc). This hotel is not close to any stop on the subway either.

Great location, staff, & room! Very comfortable bed. We hope to visit again!

Excellent, friendly staff provide impeccable service. Too many examples to list here. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Lots of nice conveniences. I will stay here on my next trip to Chicago.

Very clean, newer hotel established 2014-2015. Enough space in rooms to keep distance and enjoy getting ready for the night! Great location

Hotel and staff at this Streeterville location were excellent. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
