This is an old hotel with lots of charm. Easy access to the parking, walkable to most downtown attractions. Friendly and yes, a tad expensive. But, compared to NYC or London, it's a deal. The elevators were a bit worn but the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

There was no room service. The tablet said pick-up or delivery, but it was not well formatted. The food was mediocre. Nobody would answer the phone. I had to go down to reservations multiple times to ask questions. No bellmen? Could you let me know where you had access to the housekeeping number or the fitness room/pool? The pool and accommodation were nice.

I recommend making reservations directly with the Hilton. This facility is very large and serves many 100s of guests daily, including large business/organizations’ meetings. Ask at time of check-in where the restaurants, gym, pool, … are located. The restaurant service and good quality was great!

Within walking distance to many nice areas. The only bad part is that the hotel forces you to spend a minimum of $25 per day and counts the beginning and ending times whatever maximize the charges! It's borderline fraud!

The hotel was nice. Its quite large and has a very regal ambiance on the first floor. However, the rooms we just okay. We paid a little extra for a higher room for less street noise. The room was a bit smaller than average, but nice king bed. The TV didn't work at first due to a loose cable, but we were able to adjust it without calling for help. The bathroom had no vent/fan which led to some peeling wallpaper in corners. The towel rod in our room was also broke. Overall, not bad for what we needed.

Beautiful views and friendly staff. Our room didn't include a microwave, and we had to request a refrigerator because many of the rooms only had coolers, which look just like a mini fridge, but don't get as cold as a refrigerator. We were charged a destination fee, which I was not informed of until check in, so it was a surprise charge.
