Very large property in a great location but it is always busy so the foyer is like a human zoo with people teeming and never enough staff to cope - as much as they try their best to accommodate everyone they are very much understaffed. Property is a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment

Loved everything about the hotel. Of Inhad any recommendations it would be about the club lounge. i felt the hotel could do a better job at extending the breakfast hours by 1 additional hour in the morning and having the lounge open during the day for a quiet space , work area with coffee and water. I have stayed at Marriotts all over the world and this is usually an option. I feel for the price point and access the hotel misses the mark ref this lounge. I also ate that the Harvest restaurant one morning and the food was much better then the lounge reference the quality and taste. Again I feel such a great Hotel Chain can do better for its loyal Customer base.

Room were spacious, rooms aren’t sound proof you can hear police or fire paramedics sirens but overall it was a high floor 1911 which showed the back area of hotel room smelled good hotel has a great big gym no pool on location hotel breakfast was great perk that cam with room booking. Very walkable area to shops and sight seeing points of interest.

Chicago Marriot DOwntown Magnificent Mile was great! Stayed for a Friends Getaway Weekend and would definitely do it again! Location, accessibility and proximity were great! Staff and accommodations were above par!

Location was good. Everything one might want to see was within walking distance. Didn’t care for parking being off-site. It was very noisy at night. Lots of sirens could be heard during the night. The safe didn’t work in our room and the hair conditioner product wouldn’t dispense. I did ask that they replace it, they had to be asked again to replace it before it was done. I give it a four star rating since it was reasonably clean and all staff I encountered was friendly.
