Great hotel in a fun and unique part of Chicago. They don't serve any type of breakfast but the great rates make up for that. Plus there is a Starbucks next door so you can get something quick when you need to.

Very nice and clean. Close to red line. VIP upgrade was awesome!

I signed contract for the non smoking room but My room smelled of cigarettes and shower curtain was dirty. But house keeping lady was very polite and solve those issues.

Entry way was bright and welcoming. Felt safe. I had the single queen rooms which is a small room but was a perfect fit. Location is very close to the main china town street. I wish there was some sort of breakfast, even quick on the go food would be nice/inexpensive.

Helpful Staffs,,Clean Hotel, very accessible to restaurants, public transportation

I had a great view of the Chicago skyline, and the staff was very friendly. Chinatown is a lovely place to stay. It is very close to the train and great restaurants. The bathroom even has a heat lamp. My only issue is that the towels and washcloths were a bit rough, but I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

good size two rooms, nice and clean. clean and comfortable.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, hotel with great location

Hotel is nice--modern decor and design. There is a deposit that was not part of the initial price quote ($100), and parking can be inconvenient (public pay lot 2 blocks away).

Great hotel , close to everything! Uber will be very cheap .

Quiet, very near the EL and bus line, great area for restaurants Staff friendly and accommodating.

The location is OK for the price. It was very convenient to grab an Uber downtown or take the train. We enjoyed staying near Chinatown as we wanted to explore the area and try all the food. The hotel was very clean and the service was good most of the time. There was one time when we asked for an extra blanket that the front desk girl was unable to help us. However, overall the staff was helpful.

I found it odd that the shower didn’t have a shower curtain!

I stayed 1 day and I had a good experience. I parked my car a block away in a public parking. It cost me only $15 for 24 hours.

Great value in Chinatown. You can walk to McCormick Place and there is cheap public parking a couple of blocks away on Wentworth.
