The Jaslin offered a clean comfortable room that was convenient to the Conference Center and had easy accessibility to the Red Line providing a quick ride to the downtown area.

There website and Expedia show check-in time of 3pm. We weren't allowed to check-in until 4pm and hed to wait in the lobby with many people who were also led to believe it was 3pm....other than that it was a wonderful hotel. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Chicago.

It was convenient and good price. No amenties. Room cleanliness lacking. Toiletries very minimal. Housecleaning every other day which I didnt mind. No food.

The hotel room was overall clean. They have luggage storage which is great since we arrived early in Chicago. It is walkable to the red line. There a lot of good restaurants and shopping since it is in Chinatown. Some of the staff members were welcoming while others were not. The room was clean when arrived. There is not a lot of toiletries provided so prepare to bring your own.

The room is small but adequate & had a fridge but no microwave which would have been great! Also they seemed setup for holding breakfast off the lobby, but didn’t. There were tables & equipment so I would suggest this for the future. There literally is no breakfast restaurants in the Chinatown neighborhood.

The staff was great, but it wasnt clear how to get in and out initially. There's no breakfast or kitchen. The elevator was making creaking noises and i couldnt verify the elevator service date - it looked like it said 2016! When we got to our floor, the 5th floor, the ice machine next to the elevator blows hot air as soon as you exit. Our room had a motel style ac unit under the ac and a thermostat on the wall. Neither worked and our room would not cool down past 78 degrees. The mini fridge clicked randomly, but I only needed it for one night so I just made do but I personally wouldnt come back. I may have just had a bad room but it hasn't the best for me personally.

I enjoyed my stay at this affordable hotel in Chinatown. The staff were great, my room was clean, and good food, public transit, and parking were all in easy walking distance.
