My flight was cancelled and my airline arranged for me to stay in this Marriott on June 19, 2017. The hotel is just a bit rundown at present. Nothing big but lots of small irritants. My room keys would not work. The one teabag in the room was so old it had disintegrated in its sealed package. One of the face towels had a suspicious brown mark on it (yuk!). No free wifi in fact their cheapest option is almost $9 pd. The sink was almost blocked and drained very very slowly. The body soap bottle was previously used and almost empty. But, here is the most disappointing thing. When I courteously told the desk about some of these things upon check-out. There was a raised eyebrow and no response. Clearly courtesy and customer care is not high on the agenda at this Marriott.

Reserved a room (with 7 nights' parking) the night before our early (early!) morning flight out of Midway Airport. Checked in late, no problem. Headed to the lounge and ordered drinks before calling it an early night. Room was clean and quiet. Requested a wake-up call, the shuttle picked us up, and it was a quick ride to the airport. Nice and relaxed, it was a great start to our vacation!

This hotel's location is great if you need to be at the airport. It is neatly kept and the staff is very friendly. The airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes and only takes about 7-10 minutes to get to the airport. You can uber into downtown Chicago for about $20 and it only takes about 20 minutes (depending on traffic). I would stay again! --internet is free for Marriott rewards members, so sign up!

Bed is the most comfortable of any other chain. Quiet rooms. Very convenient and close to airport. Concierge lounge had great food at breakfast and perfect light dinner and desert after 19:30. Would recommend staying there.

We did a park and stay which was very convenient as the shuttle runs every 20 minutes and very close to the airport especially for early morning flight. The onsite restaurant was really good but only had appetizers and there is a nearby Friday's within walking distance. Was disappointed the lounge was closed since I am gold Marriott member but was given 2 coupons for appetizers so that was fine. There is a Starbuck's onsite. For a Sat night was very busy there was a function being held plus all the other guests including a baseball traveling team and only one clerk at the desk. She was quick and was working as fast as she could, felt bad for her that she was over the top busy! Wifi was awful could never connect and printer wasn't working. Since there are a number of other hotels clustered in the same area with the same shuttle route I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

The room was fine. However, my daughter left a jacket in our room and somehow nobody found it. It was an expensive jacket and someone stole it. When I called to ask about it they were not helpful and just said oh nope it's not in lost and found. Not that great of customer service.

This hotel has excellent acommodations but it is located far from any attractions or shopping malls. Convenient for business travelers. Love the free shuttle to and from Midway. However shuttle does not run on the dot. Once every 30 mins. Standard Marriott top of the line courteous staff. A lot of airline employees use this hotel.

Our family had two rooms and stayed several nights because of deaths in the family. The location was great for us. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly every time we entered or exited the building...that's a little thing but it is noticed. We will stay here again.

We stayed a the Chicago Marriott Midway for an early morning flight. The hotel was nice (We've stayed at two others in this complex). Very clean. There was a lot of available parking....without having to walk a mile. Our trip was back in October, no doubt that this hotel will always be our first choice when flying out of Midway.

OK ...staying here one night for business. The hotel is nice. The food in the restaurant the Copper Fox I believe… Was delicious. No need to go out. However, I do have a complaint, we are on the airport runway. I guess I never really realized how loud the hotel by the airport can be. I feel like every five minutes a plane takes off. After a while it just gets to be annoying. Hopefully they quit flying out after 10 PM. Just be warned, you may need earplugs to stay in this hotel.'re trying to get downtown it's about 30 -45 minutes to the loop.. and I think it depends on traffic.
