We enjoyed our stay however I accidentally left some bathroom toiletries behind and when I called that evening they told me house keeping had left for the day and I would have to leave a message. Which I did. They called in the morning only to tell me that my items had been discarded. I understand that keeping all items found in rooms is difficult but I would think that giving guests a 12-24 hour window to reclaim their property would not be to much to ask. Some items can be quite costly to replace.

Orbitz is one of the worst ever travel sites. You don’t even know I cancelled and I’ve now spoken to 4 different Orbitz representatives who have made me get a doctors note for my sick daughter to obtain a refund of one single night hotel stay. Horrible.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff, clean room and common areas. The breakfast was quite good 3 of the 5 mornings we ate there. The only negatives were that the breakfast staff was usually grumpy and witnessed one man being very rude to some of the guests. We asked a question about the Shedd Aquarium and the 2 young men at the front desk did not know where or what it was! They had to Google it. We did not ask advice after that. But, when Cornelius and a young woman ( sorry do not know her name) were at the desk, they were always informative and helpful. Loved the location, too! Wiuld dtay again.

The hotel is located in a very lively part of town and it’s very easy to walk to nearby stores or restaurants.

Close to everything in downtown Chicago! Hotel Staff was excellent!

Only 1 elevator operating. Waiting in groups took time. Closed breakfast 20 minutes prior to published end time. We missed breakfast. On 12th floor and noisy. Should have realized upon check in ear plugs and noise machine on end table.

Great location. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Less than 30 minutes train/bus ride to museum campus. Walking distance to river cruise. Short bus ride to Navy Pier and parks. Across the street from fire station. Room has ear plugs and sound machine but it's not loud enough. Bring your own white noise machine if light sleeper. Good view of Willis Tower from room. Spacious room with seating area. Provide microwave upon request. No safe in the room. Elevator is slow. Complimentary breakfast in restaurant attached to hotel.

Great location, food/drink all over, close to downtown, clean and couldn't hear any neighbors.

We stayed here for a wedding and we were really pleased with this hotel. The size of the room was nice with a sectional couch for seating. The bathroom and everything was very modern. Friendly staff and a great breakfast the next morning. I would definitely stay there again!

Front desk girl in at 5:30 pm was so helpful , gave Total breakdown of hotel and everything I loved it . Breakfast bar is also very good with a lot of hot food items
