The lady in the front desk she was very nice

We were very happy that the Hotel takes the COVID crisis seriously. We were happy that mask wearing was required, and that vaccinations are required for dining, and for exercise room.

We had bedbugs in our room and we checked out after one day. Breakfast was bad. No refund given yet for the second night that we did not stay in the property. No courtesy coupon . They just said sorry we had bed bugs and it caused you inconvenience And changed our room for the first night

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed and pillows were comfortable and cozy. The staff was very friendly. Location was great. I liked the big windows with blackout shades. I also liked that there was an MP3 player in the room. I would stay here again!

I did not like thier bathroom door. chances of serius injury. not kids friendy too. tap water were either too hot or too cold, difficult to adjust.

Great customer service

Very good hotel, great location.

I rented two rooms for my family and I. The 1st room had a water leak from the shower above us and the toilet was clogged. Maintenance had to come in 3 times to make repairs. The 2nd room we found leftover food in the refrigerator from the pervious people and it was extremely hard to get cold water from the sink faucet. What we liked was it was in a great location near a lot of restaurants and it was easy to walk to places. The staff was very good.

Good vibes good location and great staff

The hotel as very clean. My room was on the 16th floor, the view of the skyline was magnificent! Hotel had a really nice restaurant. Breakfast however, was terrible! As expected during COVID. Location was ideal bars and restaurants within walking distance. Overall I was very pleased, will return. :)

The hotel was clean and walking distance to all the things we wanted to see.
