Hotel was ok, I thought it was going to be a lot more “boutique” feel -felt a little more cheap. My biggest issues were with the staff/customer service actually. When we arrived I waited at the front desk for a while for someone to give me our room keys, while my boyfriend called from the car to notify someone that we were here - as we had to be somewhere. No acknowledgement of the excessive wait with nobody to be founds this was at 630 pm, so not even an odd time. We were also not informed that the Chicago marathon would be shutting down the road in front of the hotel and we wouldn’t be able to leave the parking lot until 2:30 pm. (Our neighbors unfortunately got towed because they had no idea their car had to be moved off the street by 2 am.) thankfully we were told by bartender at the bar across the street -which is a wonderful place! I just think it would’ve been in the hotel’s best interest to provide customer service and keep their occupants well informed as to what was going on with the road closings. Overall, the beds were just ok comfort level, the rooms are quite snug and the walls were filthy. Fine place for last minute quick stay, don’t think I will return.

Very clean and comfortable room. I would definitely use this hotel and again and recommend it to friends/family.

The bed was comfortable, price was affordable, seemed pretty clean, except the hair in the shower. The walls are so thin that it feels like the neighbors are in the room with you, which especially sucks at 3am when they are hammered and getting it on over your head. Then again at 8am. The people in the hall literally feel like they are in your room. Housekeeping will bang on the door whether or not you have a privacy sign. But the bed was ok. Maybe bring earplugs.

Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel very well maintained. Close to Rush and Stroger/UIC medical facilities, so great for being nearby for testing, treatments, or accompanying a patient. Amenities like a refrigerator and microwave make it good for a prolonged stay.

Tough to sleep in, with no curtains and only blinds so lots if morning sunlight. TV not tuned properly, so could watch Polish music videos but not NBC. Pillows are very thick, so tough for those who prefer thinner ones. Great pub across the street, Park Tavern where you get 10% off of food with your room key.

Very hipster, weird club lighting in the hallway, the rooms are small but comfortable beds

Nice place in walking distance to united center. The room was very small for the price..

Clean, comfortable, great staff! Two adults and one teen slept comfortably in the bunkbeds. Big fridge and microwave and other amenities were all available, no need for a huge room; everything we needed was there. Low noise level despite high occupancy the weekend we stayed. Great deal for the price.

Was made to wait until close to 6pm for my check-in. Staff seems to be aloof in regards to surrounding amenities. Room had an overbearing stench of a sewer throughout the night. Stay elsewhere for the price.

Ice machine and vending could've been a little better. Went to a bulls game, close to arena, walking distance.

The hotel was nice, but the room was very small. Most of the staff seemed pleasant. I would stay again

The lobby and hallways are super contemporary, as it's a brand new hotel, and the staff is very friendly and helpful and they're always playing cool alt music or hip hop in the lobby. The room is nice and the staff keeps it clean, and the bathroom is very luxurious compared to most hotels. Tons of storage space in the room and a full size fridge! Like others said, the room isn't huge but it's not cramped either. Not really enough space to host people but enough space to sleep, change your clothes, and relax, which I felt to be sufficient. The only two complaints I have about it are that the bed was not that comfortable and started to hurt my back after sleeping on it for four nights and the location is a little seedy and is far away from downtown. We had to be ready for the day before we left, knowing that we wouldn't be able to come back until we were coming back for the night, as the L ride downtown was about an hour. However, all things considered, for the price you pay for this room, the place is pretty nice. I would recommend it.

Did not take previous guest's trash out. Bathroom left dirty.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced. About 7 months old I'm told. University next stop on the L. Hotel is surrounded by medical schools and hospitals. Plan to travel away from hotel if eating, partying or going to pick up toiletries/beer. However no more than 1 mile is the first seat down restaurant. Fast food closer. Nice place though. Service is awesome!

Ok location, room was very small and extremely noisy

Hotel is clean and in a safe area. Did not realize when I booked it that it had no room service. There is not an actual chair to sit in. Overall the amenities were good.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Hotel is new and very clean. However, the rooms were very small, like dormitory size small, which was not reflected in pictures of the hotel. I still had a good stay there and would recommend it to someone who needs proximity to the medical district.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was small but cozy and had everything needed such as an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave and large screen tv. It had a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel.
