Mostly positive, but I did not get housekeeping. I mentioned that at check out and I was told for the first time that housekeeping was only on request. BAD! There should be a sign in the room about this.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The amenities were as advertised and the staff was accommodating. Two items or feedback reduced the rating slightly: 1. Pillow were not firm. We requested firmer pillows but they only brought more very soft pillows. Seem comfy at first but no support and impacted both our sleep. 2. A/C was just OK. It was warm for September, but we had to have the thermostat to its lowest setting at 65 to be comfortable sleeping. We kept the curtains closed all day too - the room does let in some beautiful views and a lot of sun!

The only critique I would offer is that we needed to give the front desk a heads up for cleaning service upon leaving for a day trip. We called downstairs for extra towels a couple of times.
