This is always my go to hotel whenever I plan a stay-cation in Chicago. It’s the all around comfort and the entire vibe of the hotel. I would recommend a more thorough cleaning when turning over the rooms, as this stay I found an old Popeyes bag and an old sock in my room neither belonged to us lol however it’s no big deal because I’ll always come back and I know I’ll get the excellent service as always
