I liked the architecture of the building and the pool. I did not like the woman who checked us in. On several occasions I came down from my room to ask questions because when I called the concierge desk the phone rang and no one answered. When I asked her where the pool towels were she first said there were none and then she said they were behind the jacuzzi which was wrong. One of the guests helped me find them. She is not good with customer service and her accent made it difficult to understand her especially while wearing a mask.

The hotel's gym has a half court b-ball court! It was so much fun!

I have gone to the bar within the hotel previously and had a blast so I decided to stay here. Unfortunately, the first room was not clean and smelled like smoke. There were even ashes on the curtains. The second room issued was smaller than the initial and generally felt like a downgrade. The third room ended up working. As a 4.5 star hotel, I do expect these things do not happen and that there is attention to detail, including ensuring that scuff marks are taken care of. This hotel should be a 4 at the maximum. Our room had breakfast included and this was defintely nice. The breakfast was buffet style and included a variety of American style breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, donuts, bagels, fruits, cereal, breads, oatmeal, omelets, waffles, etc. The breakfast was was nice and enjoyable.

Terrible. A lot of hidden fees and they don’t honor the rate of when I reserved the room. Orbits prices are different from when you check in

Great location and good price; very comfortable hotel. Lots of storage space for clothing.

Wow is the one word to start. We chose Radison blue for our 10th wedding anniversary and we had a pleasant stay. Welcomed in room with complementary kids color book and a small teddy bear. Very good ambience and a fantastic location to access Chicago river walk and millennium park as both are just 5 min walk from the hotel. They gave a complementary one day breakfast and it’s too good to start the day they refilled fresh pastry each and every time got from the oven.

Room too small than expected but overall great location

It had the wow factor upon arrival with a beautiful entrance, so we had great expectations. However, when entering the 4th floor it was rather disappointing. The carpets outside the room were jaded and stained. The fourth floor corridor decor was hideous, I felt the need to get my crayons out. Too obscure! Stack away chairs should be provided for the balcony's. I understand the concern with possible wind factors but options for guests to enjoy the view while sitting and not standing should be available. Even if it means sighing a waiver to ensure we as guests put away the chairs when leaving the balcony. We enjoyed the pool facilities, including the running track, the views and the plantation. Very pretty. On one particular night the bar staff were extremely slow which I could understand if it had been a busy night but there were not many guests dining and only 3 tables occupied outside. In the end we had to get up and collect our own drinks that had been sat there for a good amount of time (over 15 minutes)! Unacceptable! I also feel guests should be made aware upon arrival at reception that there will be a city rent bill to pay and urban taxes (something like that) as my family from overseas did not budget for this extra cost. Rather blind siding. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this magnificent city. Location of the hotel was great.

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the river and parks. When we checked in at 5pm, our room was not ready and we had to wait an additional hour before we could go into our room. My children were tired and had jet lag, so waiting was not fun. The pool was nice and the facilities were clean. My main other complaint was that the hotel is right next to a fire station, so you hear sirens all night. It was also right next to a CVS, which was convenient to get snacks and anything else we needed.

Very nice, clean and modern. Great location in center of city

The check in process was horrible, we arrived at about 5pm and the room was still not ready for a 3pm check in time. They took my number and said they would call us when the room was ready....they did not. My wife had to go back up and if the room was ready and it was. Why take my number if you are not going to call. They did provide a credit for the bar, the bad part is we had four people total and the credit provided could not even buy four drinks. Also, the check in area was very small and crowded with only two people working the desk with a line of people almost out the door. Overall I was not pleased with this process. The room was great once we got in and no issue with it.
