I had a corner room with a wrap-around balcony — it was fabulous! I will request it again. I also really enjoyed the deep, soaking tub and shower. I didn’t like having to pay a resort fee when I did not use the pool or fitness center. I think there should be a way to charge only if you use those facilities.
Centrally located. Overall the room was good, but a few items in the bathroom did not work properly.
Beautiful place centrally located with a ton of amenities
The location was very good, close to riverwalk. But the service had several issues. The coffee machine in the room was broken, towels, water bottles, bedding were not stocked, phone was broken in the other room we booked, there was a leak in the ceiling.
I loved the friendliness of the staff, very easy check in and out, clean and spacious rooms (room 504), and my overall stay was great!! I will definitely stay at your hotel again when I travel to Chicago again 😃
Our mattress in our room was very uncomfortable. The outer edges were hard as could be. Seemed as though it was dragged out of an alley. Our patio door did not lock and hardwood floors severely scuffed in our room. Seemed as though the cleaning service may hv bn understaffed.
King balcony corner suite was run down. Broken lamp shade, burned out bulb, desk was disgusting, broken drawer, desk was unusable with tv on it. No mini bar, no lavazza coffee. Room service came Luke warm in plastic containers with plastic silverware. Definitely not a 4 star experience.
Parking was very expensive after the coatvof hotel room and resort fee parking should be free for guest
It was very nice and clean. Looks recently updated. Restaurant was slow to serve but I understand there are current staffing shortages. Front desk staff was friendly. It is the perfect location close to michigan ave and millenium park.
We booked 2 rooms as an early Christmas gift for my inlaws that were driving in for PA and wanted to see the city. On the evening of Sunday December 19th we got a knock on the door from the hotel front desk that we were being too loud as the person in 514 complained numerous times. I call tell you that even though all 7 of us were in our room we were not too loud and even the front desk person mouthed to me that we were not loud but that she had to say something as the person complained before. We did not have loud music playing we were just talking. Anyway, we had planned to go down to the bar to spend tons of money on drinks and food and then planned to speak with a manager the next day about booking a week stay sometime next year but after the complaint we all decided to go to bed. I forgot to mention the complaint came at 9:30pm- not 2 am which would make sense. I am so disappointed on how this was handled that I will never step foot in your hotel again and plan to give very negative reviews on all social media platforms. I did complain to the front desk and got my parking reimbursed but I felt that was just to shut me up. This is not intended in anyway to say the staff was at fault but this should have been handled much differently and when we have the staff mouthing to us that they only hear us talking and we were not loud that speaks volumes. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
It was our one year anniversary and they made it romantic. We had a corner suite with a balcony. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful. Loved the tub as well
The floors sparkle!! We had a room with a view and balcony. It was close to navy pier close to grant park as a 10 minute walk to the L. There’s a CVS right next door for snacks and beverages and any essentials. Centrally located and perfect for our weekend visit during the marathon. We stopped at the attached restaurant a few times - service was slow despite plenty of staff for the crowd. For coffee lovers: The rooms did not have coffee makers nor did they offer coffee in the lobby but there’s an on-site star bucks. I would definitely stay again!
The property is close to everything within walking distance. My husband and I walked to get food after hours and it was so delightful and not once we felt unsafe. The Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and attentive. We are definitely coming back.
Rooms are super clean and the staff can’t be any more friendlier! I stayed there for a quick business trip and they treated me as if I was a guest in their home!♥️
beautiful hotel!! nice rooms, grea outdoor space with indoor an oitdoor pool great
Pros:Beautiful property and outdoor gardens, staff exceptional. Pool area and restaurant nice. Nice deep tub and rain shower in bathroom. Cons: Room was not as clean as I thought it would be, especially during these times. Had to do some cleaning myself. Finger prints noticeable everywhere. No fan in bathroom so peeling paint and water damage. Indoor hot tub dirty. Outdoor hot tub didn’t work.
Pool was great

Aaron I understand your frustration about the parking prices. However the parking garage is a public garage which allows our guest to park there. Sadly there is no free parking in any hotel or even the streets in the downtown area. I recommend the next time you visit download an app called SPOTHERO. It gives parking deals in the area
