Great hotel! Love the amenities that they offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Awesome location. Right in the middle of all the action.

We didn't hear much noise in the hallways or adjacent rooms Lovely visit, only drawbacks were the AC couldn't quite get the room cold enough and the pools are much smaller than expetes

We enjoyed our recent stay at the hotel for a fun long weekend in Chicago. Our favorite part was the 3rd floor rooftop pool and garden; a wonderful spot to relax and take in different views of the Windy City. The room was sparkling clean with a sleek, modern feel. The expansive shower stall and upscale bath and body products were a nice touch.

Overpriced for what you receive. Hot tubs are so packed you can't use them. Sink broke, room service didn't listen, AC didn't work correctly and the pillows were flat.

Within walking distance of many attractions. Room was a little small, near a fire station, not very kid friendly.

I've lived at trump tower for years. Stayed here, loved it. Very easy in and out for a night away.

The hotel location is great, within walking distance to many areas. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was somewhat small, but it worked with the layout. My room had a king size bed (very comfortable), my girlfriend and I, we opted for a microwave and a fridge and we still never felt cramp. The room also has 2 bedside tables, a desk, a small table, 2 chairs, minibar, and closet..STILL plenty of room. The hotel felt safe and was fairly quiet (15th floor) other than the doors, that if not held, slam shut with a vengeance. This hotel isn't a hoity toity, fancy, lavish style hotel, rather more of a modern style. I did not try the restaurant because of previous reviews I've read on it, coupled with the price...Just not worth the gamble. The food did smell great, though! I did not run into any problems throughout my stay. However, the 2nd night in, there was large...group that came in to stay and for the next 3 days and my hall was filled with the smell of marijuana which was beyond frustrating.

The rooms are comfortable and there is a lot of activities to enjoy in the area.

Probably the most beautiful and dazzling hotel I have been to in the US. Every detail was just right.

Neat overall decor. Enjoyed outside pool. Room was rather small.

First of all, I'm picky....and this place is fabulous. You will not be disappointed...

The Hotel is beautiful with respect to the rooms, the public spaces and the exterior. The staff are pleasant and prompt from the doormen to the people cleaning the rooms. The attached restaurant for breakfast/lunch has good food and excellent service. The terrace attached to most rooms allows you to walk out and enjoy the view.

It was a Great experience! The place was beautiful! It was a Great get-away!

Very over rated. Very poor housekeeping staff. Amenities were mediocre. Over all service was average. Got my bill wrong and could not help before nine since the cashier was inexperienced. Had to leave hotel with my bill still unresolved!!!

Good location if you are running the Chicago Marathon (0.5 miles from the start by map and 1.5 miles from corral A on race day). Close enough to walk to/from the Blue Line station on Lake/Clark. Also the hotel is part of a condo development. So you have access to those amenities also (jacuzzi was awesome after the race). The restaurant has a special menu for the runners to carbo load. I chose the park side. You overlook a park and can see the Navy Pier and Lake Michigan.

From the time we arrived to when we left the staffs were great and friendly. Room and bathroom were very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for where we wanted to go and see. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! The hotel was modern and clean. Staff was helpful. I liked the decor. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Very professional! Great service from the second you walk in the door. Breakfast was a little expensive but worth it. Nice view from the upgraded room.

We attended a summer weekend wedding in Chicago and spent the first two nights at the Fairmont and the last nite at the Radisson Blu Aqua. The comparison was night and day in favor of the Blu Aqua. The Fairmont room let noise filter in from water running in other rooms, street noise and an air conditioner that produced a high pitch whine. The Blu Aqua was sublimely quiet. The Fairmont currents leaked volumes of light which made falling asleep difficult and caused early morning wakeups. The Blu Aqua curtains blocked 99 of outside light. All Blu Aqua staff engaged easily on a personal level and they were happy to provide a late check out time. I'd stay here again.

This hotel was pretty amazing. The building itself is worth visiting. Upscale, modern, great location and very courteous and attentive staff. Need more?
