Awesome. Helped me get l a I d. She was all over me. The room's decor inspired her to get real freaky.

Perfect location on the loop. Shopping and great foods are only a couple blocks away.

Good, location, room was small, bathroom had an odd layout View of the park was limited for a room that charged extra for it Stains on the carpet

I was impressed by contemporary design. Great place to spend a weekend with a family. Nice pool, sauna, game room. We had great experience

Nice hotel overall. Staff were friendly and answered all my questions. My only comment is that the commute from O’hare is not that convenient. There is no free shuttle service so we took the train, but the train does not come terribly close to the hotel; it’s about a half-mile walk. It was ok for me as I only had a light rolling suitcase, but I imagine that for someone who packed more heavily it would be quite a rough trip, or they would have to pay handsomely just to get to the hotel.

Nice hotel. Always love it. Sometimes seems out of the way abit but not this time. Would recommend.

Perfect location to where all the action is in Chicago

Great location; no prior notification that indoor pool out of service and still charged full resort fee of 25 per day; poor ventilation in guestroom; Concierge overworked and rarely available; housekeeping failed to clean room at all one day of our stay; attempted to eat in hotel restaurant and long wait to be approached for service; no in/out privileges in parking garage; slow elevators; nice balconies but hard to enjoy with no furniture; wouldn’t spend the $$ again on this hotel

They tack on charges for things like "Urban fee". This is just an excuse to take money from customers. No one could tell me what it was except that it was required...

Great hotel. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff. Good location to downtown events and parks. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

We stayed for just one night of a three night trip to experience a hotel in the city. It’s right in the heart of things and very convenient to great locations. We enjoyed walking to millennium park, the Chicago cultural center, river walk and restaurants. When we checked in at 3 there was a line and they don’t necessarily make you feel special, it’s a large hotel so the personal touch isn’t really there. Also the indoor pool and hot tub are under construction. The outdoor pool was nice but the advertised bar is only open on weekends. The room itself was beautiful and comfy. I’m glad to have experience this hotel but would probably choose something else next time. It seems like a great choice for families and to be close proximity to activities in the city.

Beautiful hotel Very friendly helpful staff Amazing outdoor pool area and patio Would love to go back !!!

I had the best stay at Radisson Blu Aqua. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The architect is amazing outside and inside. My room was spacious enough for two. The bed was so comfortable that I had no difficulty sleeping as I do most places. The bathroom decor was fabulous with the granite floors that sparkled likebling. The shower was like standing in a rainforest. Outside on the balcony were more beautiful tall buildings. My friend was a scary-cat and would not go out because she was afraid of heights. The hotel staff were courteous, friendly and ready to help. I look forward to staying there every time I visit Chicago. In fact, I will seek out this hotel everywhere I go. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Aqua

Love the building architecture, it's combination of innovative engineering solution and esthetic design. Absolutely perfect location, close to a lot of downtown attractions. Very nice staff. I can't praise more the quality and variety of food choices at Filini restaurant at breakfast. The host and waitresses were very nice and helpful. The room was nice and quite clean. A few words towards improving the guests experience. I do wish the Minibars in hotel rooms be replaced by small refrigerators. Wouldn't it be nice to give people a choice to bring some leftovers or just a yogurt for those who are on diet, or just have to keep their medications in a cool place. That way the ugly piles of dirty dishes under the guests room doors could be significantly diminished, I believe. Also I have doubts about the heavy comforters during the summer season. I certainly don't need to be dehydrated more at night after a hot day trips. There were no light blankets in the closet to replace the thick comforters. The outdoor pool appeared to be quite shallow and very crowded. You can't really swim in it without scratching your leg or accidentally reaching somebody, unless you ready to use it before 7 AM. Although I must say the whole 3rd floor rooftop area is beautiful with nice walking terrace around the building. All in all my husband and I had a great time during our July 4th vacations in Chicago.

Really nice hotel, we were able to upgrade to get a wrap around balcony with views of the lake and the park. The pool is nice and big and the amenities are next-level. There's an outdoor track! And the location is phenomenal, close to the river, lake, and shopping. The only downside is that the pool is on the 3rd floor and it does not get sun all day, also there's a weighted minibar with no room to store waters in it.

Started off horrible. Told on arrival that water would be off all day on our 1 full day at the hotel. This immediately disrupted our plans for our stay. No notices were sent to us regarding this until we arrived. Were told by staff they would contact Orbitz to request a refund of 1 of our 2 night stay. I have yet to see a refund from Orbitz. Our family then went to the hotel restaurant. We were seated a little before 8pm. Our food finally arrived at 9:30. The server never once acknowledged that there was an issue in the kitchen. Fortunately the Manager was able to acknowledge that some thing was wrong and that they apologized for the delay. It was hard to enjoy the facilities at the hotel the next day as the water outage limited options on site.

this hotel is a rescued condo. Half of the hotel is permanent residents and the other half is hotel---roughly. Staying there was a little odd. Went to the pool which was very over crowded with people who live there. Felt out of place. Room was just ok for the price. Location is very nice. Trying to find things at the hotel was difficult and every once in a while you found yourself in the condo portion and I don't know if that was just the way it was or if I was lost. Parking was expensive and odd as well.
