Embassy Suites - Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont

The location of the hotel was perfect close to bars and clubs, close to shopping at the Chicago outlets. The hotel was very nice, loved the hotel layout. The breakfast was very complete and complimentary. The room was very spacious with a comfy bed, love the extra sinks overall great hotel stay.

Repairs being made while we were there but hotel made the best of it.

Bathroom not clean staff not friendly specially the front desk fat lady ...guys who work out side staff they are so rude..

The hotel staff was phenomenal. Staff assisted with helping me set up transportation to the Cubs game we we're in town to see. The breakfast was great and all the staff were very polite and courteous. Definitely would recommend staying here.

This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. The valet service was not available at my 5:00pm check in. I was told over the phone there would be parking for $15, but when I got there it was $25. I was given the wrong directions to park, same garage but different section. That cost me an additional $13 even though they admitted to giving me the wrong directions and that the sign was obstructed by a hotel shuttle. Got to my room and the bed had been used, and there was a used washcloth on the tub--which still had water in it as if it had been used recently. After complaint, I was moved to a handicapped accessible room (only available), but it leaked in two different places from the ceiling. Front desk was rude when I informed them of this so I just stayed in that room. The only positive of the entire stay was the complimentary made to order breakfast. I will never stay there again. Hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This is a great hotel!! Easy access to O'hare airport, great people, very clean

I was passing through on my way home to Japan. I do this every summer. Before a long flight back I try to relax and enjoy a quiet stay. I always work out and this time though there were very noisy young African American children unaccompanied by an adult all in the exercise room trying out all the machines for fun! Extremely noisy and no one to supervise! Sone were under 5 and trying out the weights! Very dangerous indeed. Those very unruly noisy children annoyed me and disturbed me when I tried to relax before my long flight. You have to have some strict rules on this. They were also bare foot and using the treadmill!

We were in town for a Comic Con so there were a ton of folks in town. My son and I enjoyed our room, it was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were 2 drawbacks, no complimentary wifi and the three elevators took FOREVER to arrive.

Very good hotel for the price. Breakfast included. Would stay there again. Only recommendation is to up date the gift shop and vending machines.

It was a standard Embassy Suite in a convention center area near an airport. Rosemont is not my favorite area of Chicago, but is convenient to the airport.

The hotel was great for location. The hotel staff was very responsive. Beg drawback is no refrigerator in room. Other than that the breakfast was phenomenal! !!

Excellent location, close to airport, and outlet store for last minute gifts for family and friends.

great time. no complaints. good treatment and good accomodations. The staff were excellent. decent exercise room.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and location near Ohare airport and attractions nearby was important. Breakfast buffet was nice.

A lovely hotel in a convenient location to just about anything I needed. My room was quiet and quite clean. Working late hours I never felt the least bit nervous walking from the parking garage to the hotel, and the staff at the hotel respected my need to keep odd hours.

Of all the hotels near O'Hair Airport, Embassy Suites is the best value!!!

My experience was on u had to pay for parking there is no free wifi no free Internet the bails men were not helpful@ all hag to carry own bags to in from the hotel they did not have any extra pillows the only thing that was good was the free cocktails do start them as soon as u get there we didn't know about them until 7 PM so we was double fisted. In there bars do not have seats for u to sit dien u have to stand

Convenient stay, nice place for a quick place to relax and have fun

When we arrived, they placed us in a room upon entry there was a suitcase and sandals. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately they had to switch us because some had not checked out. The suite they gave us was not as fresh looking and spacious as the one I think paid more for. It was crazy that day due to the fire at O'Hare and stranded passengers. The staff was pleasant and everything we asked for they gave us. The breakfast was okay nothing special and would had like more variety other than just omelettes.. Next time I would go to a different place. That had a suite and was pet friendly.

Staff were very attentive and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was great and variety of options to eat.
