Loved it! it was very clean, quiet and quite pleasant :)

Very nice, clean. Staff friendly. Will definitely stay at this hotel next visit to Chicago.

Great services. Breakfast was good and they serve Starbucks. Great location and comfortable beds. Would recommend.

Vilma - one of the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.

comfortable bed.. room is spacious enough for two.. bath room was good. hotel being near airport, there was constant noise of pans flying by

There are two Hyatt's within close range of the Donald Stevenson Convention Center. This is the least expensive one and does not have a free shuttle to the convention center which is only 1.8 miles but does cost $10 cab ride. The hotel lacks an inexpensive place to eat and the bar was open at odd hours. Parking is within a garage that is next to hotel so you have to lug your belonging quite a distance. The rooms are not very soundproof as we heard conversation of people below us. Also the water noise is high with people flushing toilets and taking showers. Staff was not helpful about taxi service nor room discounts (players card from casino across the street offered 20% discount on Hyatt rooms but the staff member said we "Aready got the room at a very good price" and would not honor the card. There is the Rivers casino next door which kept my wife occupied while I was at the convention center.

At first my reservation through Orbitz didn't show up--it never went through. The nice gal at the desk gave me a better room for the same price and a full free breakfast for the inconvenience, even though it was likely Orbitz's error. They were friendly and helpful and the hotel has a nice dining room. A great value with none of the needless fancy frills.

Great experience. Perfect accommodation, enough to feel comfortable, clean & at home, away from home!

This is a very convenient hotel close to the airport with easy access to Downtown Chicago. I was picked up from O'hare airport via the hotel's complimentary shuttle service. Check-in was quick and I checked into my room within minutes. The room was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and fresh. The hotel itself is located across the street from a casino for those who want to do a little gambling. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to the shopping center down the road for dining or groceries. About a mile down the road is the train station where you can access the Blue Line right into downtown Chicago for just a couple of dollars. If you prefer a cab or Uber, it is about a 20 minute ride.

Love it, very nice hotel, very clean ,good food , great experience

A true three star hotel. Not a friendly staff. Not helpful. Not an on time shuttle service. Not enough experienced staff.

The hotel stay was nice. When we booked the trip online, it said that there was a free breakfast. When I asked the front desk, she asked for my room number then told me that there not a free breakfast. Was disappointed about that. Was the reason why we booked the room. The casino across the street was nice. Something to do later in the night.

Several high classmates picked this hotel due to it's proximity to the scheduled events. Hotel was clean and quiet. All staff were friendly and helpful. The cost was slightly higher than the Hyatt nearer the airport, but the parking was free. Shuttle to the airport was quick and easy to get to and from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here because it was close to Airport and had shuttle service. Staff was very nice and room was clean.

This hotel was very clean and pleasant. I stayed only for one night and it was really good. Beside other good things, free parking was a big plus for the hotel. Staff were polite and helpful.

We went to check in at 3:00 p.m. and were told our rooms were not ready. The front desk personnel said they had been full to capacity the night before and therefore were running behind. This should not have been our problem. We had a family reunion to prepare for and had to wait about an hour before we could check in and that put us behind schedule.

I stayed there over the weekend. It was good. The lady at the front desk was friendly and check out process was easy and fast. Parking is free, covered.

We were not in the hotel for very long however it was a beautiful hotel with great accommodations such as free parking and shuttle services. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat.

The only thing that was frustrating to me was the fact the tv's in the rooms dont have HDMI inputs on them. Which makes connecting laptops, tablets and gaming systems next to impossible. Most rooms that cost $200+ a night will have this.

It was good to stay for one night near the airport. I didn't know that they have a shuttle to the airport. I think if they provide a right information, it would have been better.
