Great, no problems..... would like to have fruit @ breakfast.

It is a run down property. Nothing works in the room. You cannot take shower because water is either too hot or too cold. TV doesn’t work. Very uncomfortable and conjugated bathroom. Stuffy hallways and rooms. Breathing difficulties. I can go on and on.

Nothing. The property is nasty and so is the staff

I liked the free shuttle to the airport and they let us relax in the living room area until we could check in because we were early

Convenient location. Very helpful staff. Free shuttle to airport.

First, the positives. Quiet, and at great location near both O'Hare airport and highways to easily go anywhere in Chicagoland. The negatives. Old, "tired" and in poor condition; very little ability to hang clothes; no coffee or tea in room; most distressing, but hopefully unique to our particular room, was the shower/tub --- the plastic bottom of tub would flex as one took a step, making it important to maintain balance while under the shower -- this was dangerous. Summary: At this price, it is satisfactory if all you want is a place to sleep for one or two nights, as in our case. If you have kids, or need a place for a longer stay with more time spent in the hotel, I would look elsewhere.

The breakfast was horrible. Breakfast consisted of just two kinds of cereals and one of the cereal dispenser was not working. The coffee in the breakfast was horrible. There was smoke smell in the hallways. I would definitely not book this hotel for my future trips.

great shuttle service, nice people, large room, good price

The room had dents and a small hole in the walls, there were stains on the bed sheets, the bed were incredibly overdue to be replaced. While trying to book, the staff member I spoke with over the phone was confusing and kept answering my questions outside of what I asked and when trying to pay for leaving my vehicle there I was told I couldn't from one employee after another had told me I could the night prior. Overall, makes sense for a sleep and fly hotel but would not recommend before looking into other options.

Everything is good it’s at a good location and I can park a semi on the street

The property and rooms - very rundown. Carpet in rooms, filthy. Closet doors were off the track and couldn’t be closed. All fixtures were old and stained. Bedding was old and rough feeling, and cheap. Hallways and carpet were in very bad shape. Outer doors leading to the rooms would not close securely. I didn’t feel overly safe there.

Able to smoke in room, thumbs up. No wash cloth provided thumbs down. Only one associate at front desk thumbs down. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, staff had great attitude thumbs way up. Hot water in shower thumbs way up. Pressure of water thumbs down. So called continental breakfast thumbs down coffee was cold, ceral garbage im an adult i dont eat cereal thumbs down.

Its not as expected in the images shown. It’s very poor and the price is more.
