The hotel is old. Yet everything works. The parking is $18 per night :( and it doesn't even look safe. The driveway entrance is not signed. You have all chance to enter the parking lot of the strange nearby restaurant. Yet the parking lot is open from back side.
The fold out couch has cigarette aged in it and the king size bed was wet. We were moved to another room that was in much better condition. The staff on the other hand was excellent.
Clean spacious rooms. Wonderful price. Customer service friendly and extremely helpful.
We stayed here before and lived the king suite, so we had to stay here again.
The hotel is clean. They need to fix the fitness center. All the irons are cracked. LOL. Great staff.

Not very clean. Carpet in the room was greasy/sticky. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs sticking out. Lot of noise from downstairs partying. Convenient location near Ohare airport. Reception staff was very pleasant.
Back door unlocked. Fire alarm turned off. Elevator not working. No service to room.
Liked: They had a pizzeria uno happy hour and free wifi. Room was clean and spacious. Disliked: They charged for parking. The fold out couch was terribly uncomfortable.
Shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent. They also provide shuttle service to the Fashion Outlet even after we have checked out. We had a late afternoon flight and so we went shopping after checking out and return to the hotel to get our luggages.
Staff were very nice. Easy checking in and out. Shuttle service to and from the airport and neighboring shopping malls and train were great.
This is not a 4 star hotel and does not deserve to be an 8,.3 property Is outdated and not well maintained
Flight was canceled and we were able to get a quick reservation. It’s close to the airport and shuttle service is provided. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was good but could improve
Clean look and big building. Old Spanish style antique look. I like Libby: some water and snacks are good for customers. I like it. Parking permit needs to update. It was just a paper. They are charging $18 it is not worthy coz it is not a busy area. Dine option/ Italian pizza love it. Hotel is on quite area.
