Staff checked me in to a room that was already occupied. When I went back to ask if they can assign me to another room, they said I had to wait because they were busy with guests coming in from the airport. After 45 minutes, they told me they had no rooms left. I had to be out trying to find another room at 2am

I needed a hotel room when my flight was canceled late in the day and Comfort Suites was available. It turned out to be lucky for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great for the price. I have no complaints at all.

Room was very clean...I wiped around a few areas with some wipes and picked nothing. I like the remote in the plastic baggie... Breakfast was sufficient...I liked the infused water in the lobby. Shuttle drivers were cautious...moerning driver kept us in prayer for journey mercies. Only the hallways carpet is not inviting.

Bad - no more flights today to your destination. Good - services at this hotel. Free 24/7 airport shuttle, Pizzeria Uno open until 11 PM, amazing friendly staff, gym, hot breakfast. For an 8-10 hour stay until your next flight just book this - very pleasant and no hassle and extremely affordable. I really appreciated their hospitality during a very difficult travel experience.

I love the Comfort Inn and frequent this location often, Uno’s pizzeria in the building is also a big plus. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The few times I had breakfast it was tasty, my only complaint would be the let out sofa. Please replace the sofa’s they are very outdated. I sat down on the sofa and it almost swallowed me up,
