Terrible service: Claim 24-hour airport shuttle service, it is NOT. Called at 11:26PM for airport pickup, was told the shuttle will be there in 15-20 minutes, it didn't show up after a hour of waiting, called front desk, was told it had a flat tire, I had to call for a Lyft to get there, it cost me $26, the front desk promised $15 rebate. Once I get there around 1:15AM, noticed the shuttle was in front of the hotel with all tires intact, so I suspect there flat tire excuse was a lie. The shuttle(so it called) is just a old run down family van, the worst I've ever seen! When I booked my next day shuttle to the airport, was told there will be no shuttle between 11:00AM-3:00PM, so I had to leave before 11 AM even though my flight is 3:45PM. On my way to the airport, learned my fellow passengers had similar experiences with the shuttle services, such as long delay(1 hour or so) with various excuses.

This is not a 24 hour shuttle service hotel! The only reason I chose this hotel. They said what's on their website states based on availability, which starts at 5:30am. Orbitz needs to uodate their description.
Sooo did lot live up to its Orbitz reputation and rating. It’s not as close and convenient to the airport. Takes 15-20 min to get there. Hotel is smaller, older and just showing it’s age. Rooms were clean, but had a musty, old run down feel. Luggage stands are rusty, the cleaners use cleaning agents that overpower the room. We had to open the doors and windows to air it out. Lastly, we got a ‘good rate’ but actually the good rate is the MOST I would ever pay for it. If it were not in Chicago near the airport, I would not pay $80 to stay here. Plus side. People running the hotel are nice and accommodating, but they are simply overwhelmed by the conditions and economics of what this place needs.

We were very impressed with the staff. The man checking us in on April 4 was so friendly and helpful. The next morning we went to breakfast and had to be sure we git the name of the man taking care of thi gs. Art was a 1 man staff. He never stopped moving, kept up the food and immediately cleaned tables. He also checked us out. This is the most I've been impressed with staff in a long time.

Just whatvwe needed for a quick night of sleep and head to the airport. Shuttle was prompt and got us there rightbon time.

It was convenient, but with minimal conveniences. Our room had a light bulb not working, and the other bulbs were still compact fluorescent, rather than LED. Updating is necessary.
Stayed here for the free airport shuttle and cheaper parking, and those went well. No vending machines and very limited food selection in lobby. Room smelled bad
Carpet needs replacing. The handicap bathroom had good bars but no anti-slip measures in the tub so it still wasn’t safe for my grandfather
I booked a room for them over the weekend and when I got in my room there was only one towel in there for 4 people, the staff wasn't really helpful and they were nosy (only good staff that was there was the cleaning lady), the showers drain barely worked it would take it an hour for all the water to drain, the breakfast was horrible, the pool was closed, the gym was small and only had 4 machines to work with.
