I'll use them agains. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a work conference. Have stayed here before without problems. This time, they had fire alarm " malfunctions" which made the alarms go off 4x during the night one night and 1x the next night. The loudest ear piecing noise I've ever heard. So not only did i get very little sleep, but my eyes were so swollen from the cleaner or bleach they use in the laundry to wash sheets. Very strong!! Pros are it's very close to Target so can go there and get food, necessities and they have a fridge, microwave and airport shuttle.

We were only there for the weekend but the staff was great and the hotel was clean. Also the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was nice too.

Good: I booked this hotel because they offer free parking, free wifi and free breakfast. The hotel was basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were really polite and courteous. It was a good option for visiting Chicago with a family and avoiding the crazy parking charges. Close to restaurants and stores. No bar or restaurant but plenty of choices locally.

Everything was good.. we had a good time.. especially the breakfast

I booked this trip for a sports filled weekend for my Dad but wanted to save money by not staying downtown. The room and price were great, but even more, the staff was fantastic. They were very accommodating on transporting us to the Blue Line and the airport on multiple occasions. They also were helpful and friendly, which is hard to come by these days. Specifically the guys working the evening shift - Omar and Byron.

My spouse and I stayed here simply for having a room to sleep in while we attended an event in Chicago. It's a little far from where we needed to be, but there was ample free parking and it was close to the freeway. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

Simply the best. Some of the staff was more helpful than others but would surely stay here again. In fact I expect to stay there the same time as last year

This is a nice hotel relatively close to the airport. Rooms were clean, treatment was good, breakfast was standard Holiday Inn, and pricing was fair. BUT if you end up in a room on the side of the hotel facing the road, it is really loud all night. Traffic goes all night right by the hotel and the rooms seems as if they have absolutely no sound proofing whatsoever. We stayed in one of these rooms the first night and asked to be switched to the other side for the second. The second night was much more peaceful and quiet. Ask for an odd numbered room to be on the parking lot side of the hotel.

The room was exactly as described! Breakfast was fantastic! There were stains on our sheets, a huge clump of hair found in the pool, and the hot tub was broken. But all in all, safe area to stay in and plenty of room.

Staff personnel could be improved with the greeting. When I Asked for toiletries, they ran out... did don't offer any other options...

Beautiful hotel, great location and service. It was exactly what we looked for.

We wanted a place that was close to Brookfield Zoo. The location was great: easy to find, ample parking, and close to the freeway. We only used the hotel as a place to shower and stay one night, so it was perfect for our needs.

Great place to stay. Arrived late but they had frozen foods and micro- wave in the room.

Regular 3-star kind of hotel. Bare bones lobby. Beds were a little soft for my liking, but a good sized room and bathroom. Free shuttle from O'Hare is a plus. WiFi worked well, for no extra charge. However, for a similar hotel in the SF Bay area, I'd be paying about half of what I paid for this suburban location. Breakfast had a good selection - eggs, sausage, grits (?), muffins, juice, coffee, fruits, greek yoghurt, etc. I arrived late at night. Wanted to buy a frozen dinner from the little snack shop, and could not because the night staff did not have change for my $20 bill. In my room, I found both lamps not lighting up. The maintenance person did not show up for an hour and finally I was told that he was gone for the day. Finally I figured out that in the jumble of wires under the desk, one plug was disconnected, and I was able to fire up one lamp. Around midnight, when I had given up on the night staff, one (irritated looking) person showed up to look at the lamp, and was able to get it to work. The effect of sky-high hotel rates in downtown Chicago seems to rub off on the suburban locations too.

I needed a hotel convenient to River Forrest and to North Avenue near the lake and this accomplished both. It was an easy drive down 290 and very easily found once we got off the interstate. We needed a roll away bed and it was waiting for us. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and they were delivered within a few minutes by a friendly staff person. The price was right, the location was great and the staff was friendly, I recommend it!

The room was sufficient for a one night stay, the location was ideal for jumping on the freeway to downtown if driving by car. Not sure about the metro train location. Shopping was adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient. The night staff weren't as friendly and accommodating as the morning check out staff. The free breakfast was typical but sufficient. Very disappointed with the inability to get internet connection from the room which was posted as an amenities on the booking site, and even though there were computers in the conference room, the internet connection went down which put me in a bind for completing a report for work on a deadline. All in all I would stay here again if the internet problems for the rooms are corrected.

good service but a little bit far and expensive. comparily speaking

good plwce! good people. good staff. very awesome people.

This hotel was so very convenient to O'Hare and to I 290, that it was easy to get back and forth to all our destinations. Having a shopping area close by was also a plus for any needs. The hotel was kept very well, rooms comfortable and clean and I would recommend this to anyone in need of a Chicago Hotel near the airport. if you are not used to street traffic noise, ask for a room in the back.
