Hilton Rosemont Chicago O'Hare

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Stay every year. Great staff. Clean rooms. Nice lounge and lobby area very comfortable.

It was great experience. Rooms were pretty clean and staff was friendly. Their food is good too. They even set up the room before their normal check in time as I requested.

It pains me to see the Embassy Hilton next door has better reviews than this one, which is much cleaner, quieter, more modern, food is better, gym is nicer. I have been a guest at both in the past year, and would choose the Hilton Rosemont again in a heartbeat. The only downsides are that for stays longer than 1-2 days, one cannot get much outdoor exercise (unless you like walking along highways; there is a large forest behind the convention center which has great potential but no trails), and there are no refrigerators in the rooms.

My main complaint is that the bathroom was not fully cleaned, hair in tub, used towels. I was too tired to complain after the convention. I was only there for one evening.

I wanted a good, clean, respectable hotel with an airport shuttle so I could drop off my rental car the night before I was leaving. Great deal from Hilton and everything worked out fine. Would have liked a hot tub or sauna or something more than a pool, but it really wasn't an issue...

Stayed at the Hilton for Wizard World on 8/20/15. The hotel is a good location both to the convention center and restaurants that are in the area (which are within walking distance). Connected to the convention center via a sky walk, but it is just easier to walk across the street if the weather is good. Room was clean and the value was comparable to the other hotels in the area. Although, there really are no amenities in the room save for a coffee pot. The hotel however was noisier than the hull of a wooden ship. We heard the elevator noise constantly (not the ding, just the incessant whine of the engine/pulley noise or whatever it was). The maids knocked on our door at around 7:30 in the morning which was way too early. Parking is $25 which is pretty sad that they charge guests parking (Hyatt doesn't) and they also charge for an internet connection per day. Absolutely nothing free in this hotel. I also had to argue with the little cafe about some item food quality (that was never resolved). I would have tried the tavern, but it was ridiculously overpriced. Overall, just a poor experience. I can't see returning for my next con.

Great location to entertainment and expreways. Friendly staff and very helpful.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night here. The hotel was extremely nice from the moment we stepped in and the employees working the counter were very pleasant. The hotel was in a great location. Great night life and restaurants. We also had breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby and the food was delicious. The only down side to the room we stayed in was no fridge to put left overs and drinks in. But besides that I really can't think of anything else negative about our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in rosemont

My flight plans changed because of weather. It was good to have a decent night's sleep, shuttle service and breakfast. Your desk staff did a great job.

The staff was very attentive, the room was nice. The location was excellent, a few minutes from airport, freeway and rail.

Everyone was extremely friendly and the room was clean. Location is perfect for a nice walk to the strip of bars near by. Would gladly go back in a heartbeat.

I loved the hotel and the location! It was very elegant and clean! I didn't like that they parking price $22.00 a night.

We had to camp out for a few days due to passport delays and the Rosemont was a very accommodating spot. Loads of entertainment right across the street and next to the train. We had a blast downtown after a 30 min train ride ($3) and only 5 minutes from the airport with shuttle service. Nice spot.

There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel, other than the price is a bit much - but that is driven by the area. Rooms are always clean and staff is wonderful.

Great hotel. Parkimg should be included but is not, and is very expensive! Almost 1/2 the price of the room per night? Too many other hotels close by that don't make you pay for it.

I booked an overnight stay to be near a 2-day seminar I was attending. It was my first time staying at the Hilton Rosemont. It was in a great location, close to many restaurants and other local attractions. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return soon.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Rosemont using the Park and Fly option for our trip to Hawaii. The hotel and staff were very nice. However, there was a convention booked at the same time. That night while trying to sleep before an early flight we were kept awake by several children screaming loudly and carrying on with running, slamming doors, etc. I finally called the front desk to complain about the noise and within 20 minutes or so it got quiet! I plan on using this place again for our next trip.

Rooms were very clean and mostly quiet, although you could hear an airplane now and then. Very close to train station. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice and on the top floor. Would have been to have a fridge in our rooms.

Roommate was great. Room was great. Breakfast very expensive. Staff at front desk wouldn't let my friend who drove me there park his car for 45 min.

Nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms. Great location, great value! There was a big group of people in the hotel who were very noisy, that was not the hotels fault though. The one negative I do have is that some of the restaurant staff were loudly gossiping. They were not very nice or very quiet either. I do not think that has a place in a hotel lobby area where people are trying to just sit and have a cup of coffee. Pretty tacky and showed a lack of supervision.
