The hotel itself was nice, and access to the convention center was convenient. The staff is not friendly and everyone seemed pretty overworked and exhausted. Breakfast was only available for only two people in a four person room. Internet is $10 a day, which is fine, but there is virtually no 4G signal in the hotel for most networks so they give you no choice but to buy their internet. Overall, given the option, I would not stay here again.

This property needs to clarify things better. Upon arrival I was charged a parking fee I did not know about. However, the room was very nice and clean, but we weren’t staying- we had a concert at the Allstate Arena. they stated there was a shuttle that would travel 5 miles. Allstate is 3. But they do not go there. After our concert, I tried getting an Uber, there were none. The hotel was a good walk away, So I decided to see if the shuttle could pick us up near the casino. they said they weren’t running their shuttle. It was 1130 pm on a Saturday night! they prob would have charged me for a ride anyways. So we managed to get on a bus that took us near the hotel and we finished by walking fifteen mins. When we arrived, guess who was sitting in front of the hotel.. That darn shuttle was clearly running just fine. Next morning, we had a 12 check out time. But then a maid walked in on me at 9 am. Now that I was awake, we decided to give the pool a try. It was very nice up there- water was warm, a lotta chlorine, but not busy at all. My boyfriend looked everywhere for a hot tub, but none available. This property was overall a good purchase. It is close to many locations- just make sure you have a ride! No affordable breakfast on site, which is upsetting and we didn’t see many places in walking distance, but we were located right next to the Stephenson. Won’t be staying here next time I come to a concert in Rosemont, but it was an ok hotel. Just ok

The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities are great. The location is very convenient to the airport, and the free airport shuttle came right on time and worked well. However, we did not have a good experience at check in. We booked two rooms under the same reservation because we had a group of 4 traveling together. When we checked in, we found out that our two rooms were five floors apart from each other. When we asked the front desk about it, they made no effort whatsoever to try to change our rooms. They did not even check to see if there were two rooms closer to each other, even though the hotel was clearly not fully booked that night. Instead, they were dismissive and made no effort to address our concern. We were disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Location After waiting almost 2 1/2 hoursfor our 1 bedroom room..they have 6....and after hearing different stories of why from 4 different desk people...we were promised the room in an hour ....we finally were able to ck in and toldour room rate would be adjusted ...come check out time more stories andno adjustment just more excuses.

Hotel was clean, staff was great. The Tavern was Outstanding. Bed was a little softer than I prefer. Excellent stay.

Good hotel. Everything was excellent. Good hotel. Everything was excellent.Good hotel. Everything was excellent.

I would recommend a small refrigerator in each room- it’s an inconvenience having to refill ice bucket to keep our drinks cold. Also, a jacuzzi in pool area. Other than those 2 missing items, the facilities were great.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room amenities not as I would have expected. Had to ask for coffee cups and more condiments for coffee. No refrig or microwave in room as I would have expected from a "Hilton." Used Kleenex on floor in waste paper basket under desk. Not even a pen or paper in desk.

Stay every year. Great staff. Clean rooms. Nice lounge and lobby area very comfortable.

It was great experience. Rooms were pretty clean and staff was friendly. Their food is good too. They even set up the room before their normal check in time as I requested.

It pains me to see the Embassy Hilton next door has better reviews than this one, which is much cleaner, quieter, more modern, food is better, gym is nicer. I have been a guest at both in the past year, and would choose the Hilton Rosemont again in a heartbeat. The only downsides are that for stays longer than 1-2 days, one cannot get much outdoor exercise (unless you like walking along highways; there is a large forest behind the convention center which has great potential but no trails), and there are no refrigerators in the rooms.

My main complaint is that the bathroom was not fully cleaned, hair in tub, used towels. I was too tired to complain after the convention. I was only there for one evening.

I wanted a good, clean, respectable hotel with an airport shuttle so I could drop off my rental car the night before I was leaving. Great deal from Hilton and everything worked out fine. Would have liked a hot tub or sauna or something more than a pool, but it really wasn't an issue...

Stayed at the Hilton for Wizard World on 8/20/15. The hotel is a good location both to the convention center and restaurants that are in the area (which are within walking distance). Connected to the convention center via a sky walk, but it is just easier to walk across the street if the weather is good. Room was clean and the value was comparable to the other hotels in the area. Although, there really are no amenities in the room save for a coffee pot. The hotel however was noisier than the hull of a wooden ship. We heard the elevator noise constantly (not the ding, just the incessant whine of the engine/pulley noise or whatever it was). The maids knocked on our door at around 7:30 in the morning which was way too early. Parking is $25 which is pretty sad that they charge guests parking (Hyatt doesn't) and they also charge for an internet connection per day. Absolutely nothing free in this hotel. I also had to argue with the little cafe about some item food quality (that was never resolved). I would have tried the tavern, but it was ridiculously overpriced. Overall, just a poor experience. I can't see returning for my next con.

Great location to entertainment and expreways. Friendly staff and very helpful.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night here. The hotel was extremely nice from the moment we stepped in and the employees working the counter were very pleasant. The hotel was in a great location. Great night life and restaurants. We also had breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby and the food was delicious. The only down side to the room we stayed in was no fridge to put left overs and drinks in. But besides that I really can't think of anything else negative about our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in rosemont

My flight plans changed because of weather. It was good to have a decent night's sleep, shuttle service and breakfast. Your desk staff did a great job.
