Not bad

I reserved and paid for a junior suite with a King Sized bed. I'm 6'6" and always reserve a king. Once I checked the room there was a full or at most a Queen Size bed which my legs and feet would hand off. I spoke with the registration staff who insisted that all their Kings were the same size. I have a King size bed at home and theirs was not a King. I left without staying and drove home in the snowstorm.

We reserved a accessible room with walking shower as my husband's just had orthopedics surgery and is not able to bare weight or hop over a tub. They check us into the wrong room to latter move us into another similar room NOT with the feuteres qlwe had reserved.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Many things to choose from. The parking was expensive and had to walk quite a ways to the door. The first time I ever had to pay to park my car at a hotel ....

Great room, great rate, friendly staff. Long wait time at front desk, and parking was a little confusing, but overall great stay! Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Bed wasn’t the greatest, and parking was really expensive

Upon arrival we received a water bottle. We were there for 4 nights. When I asked for another water I was told that I can’t get one each night...only one? Way over priced breakfast too. We went to the hotel next door for a breakfast that had better quality and value.

Super fast and friendly. Definitely would book here again

Front desk staff attentive and friendly. Love the lobby. Room clean and bed very comfortable. View nice from window. Lobby shop too expensive!

Enjoyed our stay. Wish the rooms were a little more updated.

Would have expected a refrigerator and microwave in room.

The hotel itself was nice, and access to the convention center was convenient. The staff is not friendly and everyone seemed pretty overworked and exhausted. Breakfast was only available for only two people in a four person room. Internet is $10 a day, which is fine, but there is virtually no 4G signal in the hotel for most networks so they give you no choice but to buy their internet. Overall, given the option, I would not stay here again.

This property needs to clarify things better. Upon arrival I was charged a parking fee I did not know about. However, the room was very nice and clean, but we weren’t staying- we had a concert at the Allstate Arena. they stated there was a shuttle that would travel 5 miles. Allstate is 3. But they do not go there. After our concert, I tried getting an Uber, there were none. The hotel was a good walk away, So I decided to see if the shuttle could pick us up near the casino. they said they weren’t running their shuttle. It was 1130 pm on a Saturday night! they prob would have charged me for a ride anyways. So we managed to get on a bus that took us near the hotel and we finished by walking fifteen mins. When we arrived, guess who was sitting in front of the hotel.. That darn shuttle was clearly running just fine. Next morning, we had a 12 check out time. But then a maid walked in on me at 9 am. Now that I was awake, we decided to give the pool a try. It was very nice up there- water was warm, a lotta chlorine, but not busy at all. My boyfriend looked everywhere for a hot tub, but none available. This property was overall a good purchase. It is close to many locations- just make sure you have a ride! No affordable breakfast on site, which is upsetting and we didn’t see many places in walking distance, but we were located right next to the Stephenson. Won’t be staying here next time I come to a concert in Rosemont, but it was an ok hotel. Just ok

The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities are great. The location is very convenient to the airport, and the free airport shuttle came right on time and worked well. However, we did not have a good experience at check in. We booked two rooms under the same reservation because we had a group of 4 traveling together. When we checked in, we found out that our two rooms were five floors apart from each other. When we asked the front desk about it, they made no effort whatsoever to try to change our rooms. They did not even check to see if there were two rooms closer to each other, even though the hotel was clearly not fully booked that night. Instead, they were dismissive and made no effort to address our concern. We were disappointed in the lack of customer service.
