I liked everything except the entrance to the parking garage. There were rows of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks and I was sure I had to be in the wrong place. Very disturbing but I understand it's not the hotel's fault.

Loved being surrounded by the canal and had a gorgeous view of the lake too. What an amazing location! Our room smelled a bit moldy; that was the only hiccup in an otherwise delightful stay.

This Hotel is gorgeous, located walking distance from many restaurants, and attractions.

I called 3 weeks before my reservation and asked to change my room from double to 1 king. I was informed that it would not be a problem, but nothing was updated. We checked in on 12/31/2018 and found out that all King beds were taken and that we were stuck with a double room. I'm very disappointed since I was here also on last year and had an amazing experience. We will hve now think twice about returning to this properry.

Great location. Awsome workout room even though we didn't have time to use it. Disappointed that pool was closed. Would be nice if the hotel posted that, since it was a family trip for kids who look forward to that amenity.

Heater didn’t work the first day, tub wouldn’t drain the second day, didn’t change our sheets as requested. They just shifted the coffee stain over to try to hide. Noisy neighbors and it took two calls to get security. When he got there he was louder than the people. We tried to call the front desk for 30 minutes and it had a busy signal but when we called from our cell phones it was answered. Didn’t have coffee in our room the last morning because our room wasn’t cleaned on the last day. The front desk offered to give us a voucher for one free coffee to make up for the issues. Seriously?!

I had booked two rooms but when I checked in Hotel staff informed that one room was cancelled by Expedia fir unknown reason. So they gave me one room. I called Orbitz as I had booked rooms through orbitz and wasted almost 40 minutes during checkin but still Hotel staff said one room is cancelled by Expedia. Even though I had prepaid for 2 rooms. However Hotel staff was cooperative and gave me 2nd room with the condition that they will check and sort out the matter with Expedia, This was really frustrating. I had a guest with me from overseas and it was so embarrassing situation for me spending 40 minutes on the Hotel reception calling Orbitz to sort out the matter. This has happened me on time earlier also this was 2nd instance that room was cancelled for no reason by Expedia/orbitz. Anand
