Awesome hotel, an island of peace and calm and first class treatment in a sea of chaos at O'Hare airport. Staff, restaurant, services--worth every penny. Early departure? Stay here the night before. We did. Calmly woke up and walked to the terminal thru the underground walkways. Truly pleasant and memorable stay.

The hotel is so outdated and dirty. We had to make sure to keep our shoes on because our feet stuck to the carpet. In addition, there were stains on the walls, no fan in the bathroom, and the beds were uncomfortable. The thermostat didn’t appear to be working properly either. The convenience of its proximity does not outweigh the awful conditions. Will not return. With regard to the internet:There is no way to login with HH, it prompts you only to enter all of your personal information to join HH in order to get free internet. SO frustrating, and really, these days no free internet?! Lastly, only 43 tv channels. Grade: F

Easy check-in process and very convenient location, less than a 10-minute walk from the terminal, which is perfect after a long travel day. Check-in was quick and efficient. Food options on-site were quite pricey; I paid $15 for a drink and a Snickers bar when I arrived around 11:30 p.m. The room itself was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Bathroom was basic, nothing special. The room included a fridge but no microwave, which would have been useful. Overall, it’s a solid choice for an overnight layover,clean, convenient, and easy, though expect higher food prices.
