I did not use the property, but was billed for it as they would not let me cancel the room an hour after I booked it

I think the property was great, those that serviced me was awesome. But your parking pricing was horrible. I believe if you'r facility could offer parking passes that allow your guest to park and leave and pay it wouldn't have been a burden. I spent over 200.00 because I had to park, leave and come back more than once in a day for over a 21/2 day period.

Access to the terminal at O'Hare makes this a unique property

Only thing I find it positive is that the hotel is attached to the airport. Nothing else I can compliment on.

For the price all you get is a highly overpriced older hotel located walking distance to your flight at O'Hare. The restaurants are highly overpriced, better food imho in the airport. Wait line to check in was amazingly long in the mid afternoon on a Sunday, just one person. For $400 on the Hilton site (no way) and $250 online sites WAY overpriced for what you get. Hilton, you could do better, next time I'll take a shuttle from the nearby Marriott.

At reception desk, they told me to use printer located to the side of the reception desk, but my boarding passes printed too lightly on that printer. The girl at reception desk said ink had been ordered and that I should use the business center. I went upstairs to get my card key from room (husband was in room) then went downstairs to use business center computer/printer and my key card didn't work to get into the business center (no one else was there). I went back to desk and waited in line and they rekeyed it (or gave me new one, I don't know which). I went downstairs and this key did not work in the business center either. Also, the elevator going up from the Lower Lobby (where the business center is located) did not work Then I went back up to the front desk and told them my key card didn't work and the same girl who had rekeyed it asked if I had put it close to my phone. I told her no, that I just got it a few minutes ago and held it in my hand until I got to the business center. She seemed a bit annoyed. Up to this point, I was polite. But now, I said to her quietly, all I want is a printout of my boarding passes. I've had a long day, and it shouldn't be that big a deal. So then she went to the back area behind the reception desk and got another lady to come up front, who went online for me and printed the boarding passes on a printer behind the front reception desk itself. Entire process took 45 minutes.

Hotel restaurant tried to give us a bottle of wine that sas already opened. Be warned.

They should not charge extra for internet in the rooms.

This hotel is overpriced. Staff is unfriendly. Parking is super expensive ($75 for valet and $40 for daily self-park). Nowhere to get food except the hotel's restaurant. It cost me $27 to order a hamburger to my room.

Closeness to airport we liked. Have nothing negative to say about this property.
