Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport

4.0 out of 5.0

I doubt I will stay with them again. This is an expensive hotel. They don't give you free WiFi in the room so most check their e-mail in the lobby which makes that run really slow. Plus the TV did not work in my room. I think next time I will take a cab to a Motel 6.

Terrible. Will do anything to avoid supporting any Orbitz and Hilton partnership ever.

If you need to get up early for a flight out of ORD then this is the place to stay. Walk to the terminal is a snap! The bed was due to be replaced however, and the staff at the lobby check in was clueless about how to get to the airport. The clerk told us to go outside and walk across lanes of traffic and to the right to get to Terminal 3. Ha ha. We just had to use the evelvator and go to the LL and voila you are practically in the airport and can follow the signs from there. The little grab and go food concession near the check in desk was also well stocked and the personnel there were very friendly and helpful.

Nice to close to the airport. Kind staff. I will stay again next time.

We had a 14 hour layover in Chicago and just needed a place to sleep following 12 hours of travel from Europe, and the convenience of this hotel was wonderful: no shuttles or taxis required. Recommendation: buy take away food in the airport before heading to the hotel. Food prices at the hotel were exorbitant.

easy check-in. gift shop had over the counter medicines that we needed, but the prices were extremely marked up.

Okay. Eating options poor for those with children.

I was extremely pleased with the location of the hotel, it’s unnerving going to a place you’re not familiar with and trying to figure out how to make it back to the airport. I was able to walk to the airport with peace of mind. Thank you!

Convienent location clean courteous staff quiet rooms reasonably priced

Great experience clean comfortable and quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly staff

Bathroom needs to be upgraded View over looked airport

Hotel staff was not helpful at all. Valet no where to be found even though that is the only way to park your car and they know it.

Everything was pretty ok, only thing internet, WiFi was incredibly slow.

It would feel like a little better value if things were a little nicer. The room was OK, but not $250. I had just come from downtown San Francisco and a room that was the same price was much nicer. The $40 breakfast was not terrible, but not what I would expect for the price. The staff were very nice.

Have stayed here before when we have had early next day flights. However, this time, our room was disappointing. It was very spacious, but I think that was because it was a handicap room. The temperature wouldn't stay constant, and was either very hot, or very cold. The closet door was broken, and the bathroom was dirty. Hopefully next time we stay we are in a different room.

Nice comfortable room. 5 minute walk to ohare needed for an early flight. Very good restaurant in hotel

Loved staying so close to airport for my early flight. Clean comfy room.

Very convenient & close walk to airport. We had a very early flight and it was nice just to walk across the street to check in, especially with children. Clean room, comfy bed.

Best place to stay when you've got an early flight! Clean and comfy. Would just update the furnishings if possible. Other than that, it was great!
