Staff friendly. Late checkout available, but at $50. Huge bathroom. Super-cute suite with microwave and fridge and coffee maker. Will stay again.

Hotel was very nice but the parking was ridiculous, $80 for valet parking per day. Luckily a staff member directed us to a parking garage right across the street for $45. There is a lot to see within walking distance. Some of the staff weren't very friendly.

Great hotel near Michigan Avenue. Lots of shopping a short walk. Area is great for walking around, feels very safe. We used the parking garage around the corner ourselves and it was only $48 a night! Plus the park it for you and bring it back to you. So you don’t have to navigate through the garage. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel is lovely and all the staff are helpful and polite! Our room was very nice. They were doing a little construction on the front of the building, blocks the sign a bit, but that’s okay.
