Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
Honestly the worst hotel ever and I have worked at my fair share of hotels working the front desk and being a night auditor at the front desk so I know how a hotel should be ran mind you I don’t normally complain because let’s be honest I hate the people that complain I think every staff member at a hotel does but for one I only booked this hotel because it said online they had a pool and showed beautiful pictures online of the pool but when I got there the pool was down the first person tells me to check back later it should be open then so when I came back to the hotel after our aquarium trip I asked the front desk and the lady at that time tried contacting the engineer several times but couldn’t get an answer she also stated that the pool has been down for months but if it does become running again they will advertise it on the tv but of course I get up to my room and the tv doesn’t work so I call down to the front desk to ask if someone could fix it and all they said was the engineer was working on it already but of course my tv never got fixed plus the room temperature wouldn’t stay at a decent temperature it kept either getting too cold or too hot which caused me to have back to back seizures when I finally complained about my stay upon check out the only thing the front desk offered me was free breakfast which I told her I already had and it was not good and then to pay for my parking i would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever it was horrible!

The person assisting at the front desk had such a thick accent, I could barely understand her. She had to say things two and three times before I could figure out what she was trying to say. Also, I was told parking was on the premises. It wasn’t. It was across the street.also, instructions on how to get to your room were poor. I wondered around for quite some time till someone could point me in the right direction. There are no signs and there are no people willing to help. Not impressed.

Staff was horrible. Our bath tub had pubic hairs in it and something splattered all over the picture.. don't even want to fathom what it was. I asked that it be cleaned. We left for 4 hours and they didn't clean it and I had to call again. Coffeepot didn't work had to have it replaced. Wasn't told about the parking or that I needed to bring in my parking rcpt so that they could validate it... Staff seemed extreme unknowledgeable. Pool was closed for maintenance. Was notified 3 days before our trip.

Would have chose somewhere else…
We chose this hotel because it had a pool, despite the high price. Then when we got there we found out the pool was closed for maintenance. But we were not told by the person that checked us in. I over heard someone else being checked in. We would have chosen somewhere right in downtown without a pool had we known the pool would be closed. We also weren’t told about the $100 hold on our card for incidentals. Front desk lacked communication. The room was very nice, but for the price was lacking a few updates such as USB ports for chargers, a microwave and log ins on the tv for Netflix/amazon/hulu/etc.
