Club Quarters Hotel, Wacker at Michigan

Beautiful hotel with perfect amenities and wonderful staff. I look forward to returning.

Classic building, tastefully rennovated, with wonderfully appointed rooms and complementary filtered water on each floor. The on-site restaurant is both highly rated and reasonably priced. My only complaint is a familiar one for hotels - poor water pressure in the shower. Considering that it's downtown Chicago, there are numerous options for eating, sightseeing, walking, entertainment - the river is just across Wacker and the hotel is feet away from the Michigan Avenue bridge. Friendly staff.

This is a pretty old building. You may need to wait for 5 minutes to get the lift. No soundproof. I can hear everything in the corridor. The bed frame is not stable. Not worth it.

The hotel is at a great location with nice rooms and friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a great area and always clean, but when we booked through Orbitz we found the room we booked was not what we got. To get a room that sleep 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) you have to get the suite and that is significantly more money than the room we booked on Orbitz that states the larger room with a kitchenette will sleep 4. We also lost air conditioning and it was impossible to sleep. They got it working the next day, but the entire rest of the stay it was hot and humid in our room. I guess it was out so long that it couldn't catch back up and cool and remove the humidity on our floor.

Tim- Hotel Managet was very accommodating although the elevators had minor operations. All staff were friendly!!! Beautiful view as well

The title says it all! Wonderful traveler"s experience.

Enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff. Small cozy room, but clean and has everything you need. Would stay here again if I were in the Chicago area.

Great location and staff. First time in the city and its very centrally located. Walked to a bunch of places.

I did so miss having a soaking tub or any bath tub

I had a great experience at the Club Quarters. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. However, the hotel itself was a little outdated and run down.

I booked queen bed and I only got double bed

Club Quarters is best described as "fine." Nothing overly nice, but also nothing overly repulsive. The location is great and staff friendly but my nonsmoking room smelled vey smokey. The rooms are pretty no frills but they do offer filtered water on every floor which is convenient.

Great location A good Italian restaurant downstairs Facilities are awesome . Free drinking water , good coffee and fruits at the lounge , clean rooms .

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was comfortable and the perfect size; I was traveling light and alone, though, which I think could be an important detail. My hotel room felt like the perfect place to get some work done before I headed off to the conference I was attending. My only problem was with the heating - I had a lot of trouble regulating the room temperature, so I was always wearing one more layer of clothing than I thought was strictly necessary for indoors.

I was very disappointed in our room. It was not very clean. Microwave, coffee maker, clocks did not work. VERY small and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Were down for a internship week with my daughter, booked 4 nights and ended up staying 6. Hotel was completely accomodating. Went on a dinner cruise--awesome, and saw the Blue Man Group all in the same trip.

We stayed here for just one night and it was perfect for us. The location couldn't be any better. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and took a quick water taxi over to the navy pier. We opted for the smaller room and it wasn't even that small plus our room overlooked the river definitely not worth upgrading to the larger room in my opinion. The staff was friendly and they have complimentary bottled water which is nice. The hotel is beautiful from the outside as well as the lobby and the rooms are a no-frills kind of room but everything you need. The parking deck that they recommend for parking is only half a block away which is great as well. Will definitely stay here next time we're in the city.

Great hotel right in the chicago river. Room was clean and spacious.

The hotel is a good value for the money (compared to other Chicago hotels), and it's in a great location. Our room was great, and we even got a free upgrade on check in without asking. They have free wifi and unlimited water bottles, but the service at the on-site restaurant is a bit lacking. We'd stay there again.
