I liked my stay the Club Quarters. Customer service at the front desk was very friendly and kind. However, there were some cleaning issues. There was a hair in the shower, some strange white marks on the office table and chair, and the sheets were stained. They weren’t heavily stained, it looked like it was an old stain that was probably hard to get out and it was easy to see it with white sheets. The hair in the shower was a little disconcerting to me. Told customer service through text and there were no apologies but they did send housekeeping to the room. Other than that, the room was nice and had a decent view of the city. Had a superior room, which I recommend if you do stay there because there's a fridge and microwave. I liked that it came with cutlery and plates. There was free complimentary water available for everyone located near the elevators on the floor. The room was quiet, not a lot of noise, sometimes I would hear loud noises outside but it’s a big city and the hotel is downtown and I think that’s unavoidable. I definitely liked the contactless check in/out, very convenient. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the cleaning issues but it wasn’t horrible. Customer service was a great highlight.
