Great staff. Tiffany is amazing with house keeping of you room. Need a fresh up or full cleaning she make sure its perfectly set for you. Breakfast is Great with made to order omelets. I stayed at Embassy Suites Downriver, Chicago with my wife and two sons from Nov 27–30. After the first night, our pet sitter became ill and couldn’t care for our pets, creating a genuine emergency. I informed the front desk that we had to leave a day early, but the staff was dismissive and showed no sympathy. Despite notifying them promptly, Embassy Suites refused to refund the unused night. This experience showed a clear lack of care or flexibility from management. I would not recommend this location, especially for families or pet owners.
