Front desk people verily speak English they change my two bed room for one king bed and a sofa bed and they didn't do any discount or anything if they are full in the hotel why keep taking reservations? And everything was so ddirty

When I called the front desk, the phone phone rang for five minutes and no one answered, this happened twice. When I went to the front desk, the young man who was behind it was playing a video game on his phone and I had to verbally ask for his attention. Our room was very stuff, even with the thermostat at its lowest sitting. The room was VERY noisy. At 2:00 a.m. there was a very loud knocking at our door (hard enough to cause the room to shake.) This continued on and off for several minutes (at our door and other doors near ours. VERY disturbing stay.

I've stayed in many different hotels in downtown Chicago over many years and this hotel is simply put, great. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff super nice. The breakfast was fantastic as well.

We will be back! Had a birthday overnight and it was perfect! Breakfast in the morning was a treat for all! Even though it’s so big, it was quiet and peaceful. Only problem was that the pool temperature was so cold our kids didn’t swim and that was a big reason for going at this time of year.

Great hotel ! We enjoyed our stay, the 2 free daily drinks and snacks and the breakfast óptions offered. It was worth every dollar paid. We did not get to use the pool but we will definitely book again in the near future.

Housekeeping staff definitely needs to do better. Coffee maker was full of debris, they completely missed under the sofa bed and they did not clean the toilet properly. Kitchen staff seemed to be the most friendliest and helpful.The indoor pool was too cold to swim in despite being told it was a heated pool.
