I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The first night I requested additional blankets and it was never brought up. During the middle of the night, there was a leak near the sofa bed, where my child was sleeping. I mentioned this the following day and a technician came looked at it but said it wouldn't be a safety issue. When moving the sofa bed back into place, the back of the sofa was completely soaked. I went downstairs to request a room change, which was complied. The second room that I was moved into, the heater wasn't working so another tech came out and confirmed that indeed the heater was not working and again I was switched to another room. The third room, the phones were not working, had to use my phone to request additional blankets. I would recommend you make sure heater/AC works, there are no leaks. If you want something you are better off going downstairs personally, as you are put on hold for more then 10 minutes. Not once during this time was I offer to be moved into a room with a view.
This hotel was very convenient to everything we were visiting. Excellent breakfast, staff very friendly and professional.
Place is not upkept. Black mold on the carpet in the bedroom, nail clippings on the carpet, broken door, broken vanity. Evening reception and breakfast was great.

Our room had no security lock on it and the bathroom door looked like it was kicked in at the previous stay. Looked like they tried to glue and place back together but the door never shut correctly. The thermostat was also not working correctly. Very hot no matter if you went up and down on thermostat. We were in room 913. Obviously a fight was in that room and was not cleaned and made to look presentable. I have pictures if you want to see
Good options for included breakfast. The check-in systems were slow and took >30mins to check in. Courteous staff. Bathrooms are due renovation.
Good location. It is well past time for upgrades and renovation!!!

Everything was AMAZING was close by everywhere i needed to go. So many good restaurants and shops near by and in walking distance to Michigan Ave and the Navy Pier
The staff was courteous and helpful. The service at breakfast was excellent. Very nice cook to order breakfast.
The phones didn’t work I had a medical emergency. I had to use my cell phone and there was blood on the tub in the shower curtain. Worst day ever.
Smelled like smokers stayed in our room. Large mess outside our door for first 24 hours

Breakfast was great , good location. Staff was friendly . Only complaint was I left my hair straightener in the room and when I got home, I have left two messages and reported it to their online system and never received any confirmation back. Or received a return phone call .

Considering I complained about the toilet being stopped in our room twice a day and the tv not working everyday since check in. A new was not offered until the night before we were to check out, at that point it was pointless. The breakfast and nightly drink/snacks were very good.
