The staff were helpful in explaining the free shuttle to Midway airport.The shuttle picks you up at a point outside the third level. There is a sign indicating the correct spot. You have to tell the staff when you want to get taken back to Midway and they tell you what time to come to the lobby

Charged us with a 350.00 because they said we were smoking. My daughter and I checked in around 10:30 pm and left at 6:15 am to catch a flight. Our toilet wouldn’t flush so when we left I reported it didn’t work. Two days later I have a $350 charge and I am told a sensor in the room showed smoking. I called to talk with the manger and his response was to take it up with the credit card company. Is there a slight chance it was your repair guy!!!! So my $150 Expedia room ended up being over $600.

The front desk staff and housekeepers were very nice. The room was clean. My only issue was how thin the walls and windows are. You can hear when someone flush their toilet and you can hear the buses/cars/airplanes, but for that area to be as busy as it was, the noise wasn't loud.
