Great hotel and location!! We always stay here in Chicago. Friendly staff. You won't be disappointed.

Free parking, internet make it perfect for those business or personal trips Convenient if you want to be close to airport and are there for getting a good night rest If you have a car, parking late evenings can be challenging even though you get a voucher for parking

We were very pleased with our stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very nice and clean. We took a cab to a Cubs game and back, it worked out really well. We were also very impressed with the continental breakfast. When we come back to a Cubs game again, we will likely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was sub par at best. The room was smaller than advertised. My entire family has been itchy have not found any bugs but still itchy.

I recommend this hotel, customer Service is excellent, they let us stay a little Longer than usual check out time without charging us extra.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard. Shuttle to CTA blue line was convenient and pick-up was prompt. We only waited few minutes and the shuttle appeared. Taking train to downtown is better than driving and parking. Easy access to O'Hare with a nearby 7-Eleven gas station to fill up the rental car.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and the room was nice, although with "suites" in the name I expected two rooms and had one. WiFi was non-existent, told the front desk and he asked what kind of devices we had. Since we had I-Phones & an I-Pad, he said we had to go through some additional steps in order to actually get the WiFi to work. I had done everything and still had no internet. The parking is an absolute nightmare as the hotel "shares" a lot with Outback Steakhouse and is extremely small. They do have an underground garage which is poorly marked and one doesn't see until one turns into the narrow parking lot that serves as the check in lot. At least I assumed it was the check-in lot. There's two steel beams from a billboard in the middle of said narrow lot that you need to drive either through or barely around to continue to the rest of the narrow lot. This is all one way, and when you turn into the lot to check in you're going the WRONG way. I will not be returning to the Springhill Suites.

We left our sleepwear in our room, and they kept them for us! We want to say a very special thanks to the hotel!

A lovely place that is easy to get to and has friendly helpful staff

Lots of space in the rooms. Very clean rooms only thing I didn't like beds were a little uncomfortable but that wont stop me from coming back we had great service. Breakfast was delicious so much to choose from.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted happily and it was a quick check in process. Went to the room, and it was spotless and very clean. Breakfast was a plus to! The whole staff from the desk, housekeeping to the maintenance, they were all friendly! Would recommend anyone to stay there!

We stayed at SpringHill Suites Chicago for 2 nights and had a great experience. Our room was a nice size with a very comfortable bed and a little kitchenette area with a small sink, mini-fridge and microwave. The best way to get to downtown Chicago on a busy holiday was by train, which was a 40-minute train ride from Cumberland station (approximately 19 miles by car). The hotel provides transportation to and from the airport, the nearest train station and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was an awesome added bonus. The area around the hotel is pretty safe, we walked to the pharmacy nearby one night and felt safe at all times.

I could not say enough about how nice and helpful the staff were. We arrived at the airport 8 hours prior to check in but the shuttle still came for us the driver, Carl I believe, was so helpful and friendly about suggestions on where to go and eat. The front desk staff invited us to the fee daily REAL breakfast buffet and held our bags so we could go into the city for the day. The took our number and called us about noon telling us the room was ready. The hotel is a half a mile from the subway station into town, but if you ate too lazy to walk, the shuttle will take you there or to any local place within 3 miles. We did not have to rent a car. The room was excellent and there is a pool and exercise room which are nice. I heard one gentleman complain about the noise from the adjacent highway and subway but we were on the other side where it seemed quiet but for occasional ambulances. Checkout was much the same as check in. We checked out at before noon, they held our bags, we went to the city, came back to the hotel, had a beer then had the shuttle take us to the airport yhat night. I loved the place.

very nice hotel

We were very pleased with our stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very nice and clean. We took a cab to a Cubs game and back, it worked out really well. nice hotel with good local shuttle service
