It was exactly what I needed. I had 3 kids staying with me in the room. One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel: fresh fruit, yogurt, ham, cheeses, bagels, sweets, eggs, etc. Coffee was decent. One of my kids said the apple juice tasted fresh squeezed, even though I know it wasn't. The shuttles run at 15 and 45 mins after the hour, every hour, right on time. Two shuttles, one to airport and one local. Parking is free at the hotel. I had global entry appts at the Chicago airport for my kids. The whole experience was entirely smooth. I ate breakfast, checked out, loaded my bags in the car, took the shuttle to the airport, went to my appt. The dropoff was right in front of the customs passport office. Took shuttle back to the hotel and got in my car and drove home. There is an Outback restaurant in the hotel. Very convenient. Great experience!

Everything was good except that washroom was a little small & the bath tub drainage was blocked.

A very comfortable room, a nice gym, and good breakfast. Stayed here for a night before I had to fly out of Chicago.

Excellent and courteous staff, especially the kitchen staff. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff works hard to refill. Rooms were clean and the proximity to the airport and the blue line station (Cumberland) is great too.

We were very pleased with our stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very nice and clean. We took a cab to a Cubs game and back, it worked out really well. We were also very impressed with the continental breakfast. When we come back to a Cubs game again, we will likely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was sub par at best. The room was smaller than advertised. My entire family has been itchy have not found any bugs but still itchy.

I recommend this hotel, customer Service is excellent, they let us stay a little Longer than usual check out time without charging us extra.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard. Shuttle to CTA blue line was convenient and pick-up was prompt. We only waited few minutes and the shuttle appeared. Taking train to downtown is better than driving and parking. Easy access to O'Hare with a nearby 7-Eleven gas station to fill up the rental car.

Great breakfast buffet. Very amiable staff. Property is older and a little tired in spots but very well maintained.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and the room was nice, although with "suites" in the name I expected two rooms and had one. WiFi was non-existent, told the front desk and he asked what kind of devices we had. Since we had I-Phones & an I-Pad, he said we had to go through some additional steps in order to actually get the WiFi to work. I had done everything and still had no internet. The parking is an absolute nightmare as the hotel "shares" a lot with Outback Steakhouse and is extremely small. They do have an underground garage which is poorly marked and one doesn't see until one turns into the narrow parking lot that serves as the check in lot. At least I assumed it was the check-in lot. There's two steel beams from a billboard in the middle of said narrow lot that you need to drive either through or barely around to continue to the rest of the narrow lot. This is all one way, and when you turn into the lot to check in you're going the WRONG way. I will not be returning to the Springhill Suites.

We left our sleepwear in our room, and they kept them for us! We want to say a very special thanks to the hotel!

A lovely place that is easy to get to and has friendly helpful staff

Lots of space in the rooms. Very clean rooms only thing I didn't like beds were a little uncomfortable but that wont stop me from coming back we had great service. Breakfast was delicious so much to choose from.

close to the airport -free parking - airport shutt
