Easy check in clean spacious room!
Check in was slow, Staff was not overly friendly, Pool was reserved for a private group, no hot water the entire stay, jacuzzi water was ice cold, pool was disgustingly dirty, trash bins outside were never changed from Friday night to Sunday at noon. We ended up having to stay a third night in town and moved to Lowes down the street because of how bad we felt the Westin was.
Close to shopping and dining.
Great!
Would of been nice to order from the restaurant from 6am - 11pm. Especially with it being the only rest on site. Also thought room service was offered ?
Great location, excellent staff
The property and facility itself was good. Check in was quick, and staffers were friendly. However, the first room we got was dirty with crumbs and other dirty particles on the floor and chair. We were moved to the same room two floors up that was better but still a bit dirty with crumbs on the chairs. Just not what I was expecting for a 4-star hotel.
For what you pay you get NO coffee in room or lobby, no free breakfast, no microwave in room, but pay double what a comfort inn and suites charges, it’s ridiculous!
I don’t even wanna talk about it.
I had a very pleasant stay. I did note that the restaurant, which only serves breakfast on weekends, lists on the breakfast menu both a bowl of berries and blueberry pancakes but when I tried to order the blueberry pancakes I was told that they had no berries. The waiter should have mentioned that when he 1st gave me the menu, however, their Eggs Benedict was quite good. The room was spacious with a huge tv and a wonderfully comfortable bed.
The facility is fresh and remodeled tastefully. The hotel is understaffed post pandemic. It took an hour to get a shuttle. There was only Starbucks for breakfast. Very few guests. Maybe it’s a little too soon as restrictions are slowly being lifted to make a judgment call.
Very nice place. Didnt like covid restrictions. Open up covid is a scam.
The property was outstanding, we were very pleased with just everything . Room service ....just great Breakfast at the Pub ...outstanding ... Bother STAFF and FOOD Linens , Bathroom lovely Master bedroom Perfect One lamp shade has a burned shade , Your pick up and drop of Gentleman with the Shuttle was exceptional...as your door man !
Everything was great. Thank you. No complaints at all.
Trip was good. Service very friendly. We enjoyed the stay
Room was super clean the food was awesome and the staff was extremely helpful.
The room was very quiet. I never heard slamming doors or people in the hallways or next room.
