Diamond was exceptional! The only thing is that I paid for the expensive city view and received the lower city view room. This was a 108.00 difference to my pocket. Otherwise everything was excellent. Don’t pay for the extra city view.

It was pretty good my only concern was that some of the towels had some dark gray-ish stains on them, but i figure thats just from wear and tear, but it wouldve been nice to have clean pure white towels. Otherwise it was a good stay.

You can hear neighbors clearly through the walls. They did not make the beds or change the towels. The room service didn't turn off the alarm clock from the prior stay so we were unexpectedly woken up before 6am. Other than bartending staff which was great, other staff were less than impressive with cusomer service. It's in a good location and clean, however, overall experience was poor.
