Great Hotel!

Great location. Walking distance to United Center, and a quick uber ride to all other areas. Top notch amenities and actual daily housekeeping. Cant remember the last time that I stayed somewhere that offered it. If you're on the fence, book it. :)

Absolutely NO power outlets in the bathroom??!!! Very weird!!! Also is “close” to concert venues etc (3-4 miles) but the bus and train take well over an hour to get there!! Breakfast tried to be good but everything was cold, even if it was a pan that just came out!

THEE WORST!! BEWARE IN HEAT!

Needed to be moved to three different rooms. 1st location TV and AC didn't function. The lady at front desk was busy talking with another housekeeper laughing and enjoying herself. Yet when I needed assistance she became lazy and said I couldn't get a refund because I needed Hotels.com to pay me back because Hyatt hadn't received their money. After requesting a Director- 2nd room, door was stuck and AC was on 78 degrees with the weather at 90 degree - TERRIBLY HOT and HUMID!! Third room dirty sheets and floor hadn't been mopped from previous occupants. Sticky substance made annoying noise when walking through room. Never again!!
