I love this hotel! It's beautiful, clean, and has great food options. Parking was easy despite a conference.

Room was very nice with modern decor. Check in was very smooth. Hotel bar staff was friendly and very nice environment. It was a great experience staying here.

nice hotel, nice notel, nice hotel nice hotel nice hotel

Front desk staff could be more professional. Xxxxxxxx

Location was great and close to public transit. The showers were very luxurious - I immediately went online to find out how to get the same setup at my place.

I chose the hotel because the conference I attended was held there. I was unhappy with the location. It was far from the sites I wanted to visit while in Chicago. I had to take a bus to get into the areas of interest. The hotel is somewhat isolated, so you are forced to eat there the days you do not want to venture far afield. Food was ok, and wine was too expensive For the cost, my room was bare of amenities: no slippers, no shower cap, empty refrigerator.

Just not worth the price. As is evident from the price and what is provided given the price.

Nice hotel in the South Loop area. Great views of the lake.

Very convenient to the Wynn Trust Arena where we went for event.

Check-in was smooth, Cora was extremely professional and helpful. Thanks

Hotel was great. Extremely convenient for the concert we attended at Wintrust Arena. All staff was friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door.
