I was there for the Midwest convention and everything was walking distance and I never had to go outside since I used the pedestrian bridges. All of my meals on the property were awesome as well
Very smooth stay...
Fantastic hotel and spectacular views!!
The hotel was lovely but very crowded and restaurant and bar and housekeeping were understaffed
It was connected to the Concert Venue.
Very clean hotel and the surrounding area of Chicago was beautiful. It was also great to not have to leave the hotel to get over to Wintrust Arena for the basketball game. I loved my stay at this hotel.
Very convenient to McCormack Place. Great if you are attending a meeting there. Otherwise the location is a bit remote from most of the things to do in Chicago. I found the bed uncomfortable. The room was clean and modern.
Pros Clean, close to arena, Great Lake view, generous staff in lounge. Large rooms, great lounge. Cons Very less options in bar/pantry for lunch. The staff in restaurant area called Robben told us that our kids should not be running around and showed a bad attitude towards me even when I’m a platinum elite. All that my kids who are 5yr and 3 yr did was to go around the area. He does not have to be harsh because I’m an Indian!!
Was very nice, great food options. Room spacious and clean.
Great location, beautiful hotel and gorgeous views!
Great property with excellent staff. Very clean and spacious rooms
Because our event was at the McCormick Place, there was a walkway from this hotel to the McCormick Place. I only drawback was the elevator will only move when you use your room key.
