Because our event was at the McCormick Place, there was a walkway from this hotel to the McCormick Place. I only drawback was the elevator will only move when you use your room key.

very modern. Friendly and accommodating staff. Infrastructure layout very convenient.

We were attending the Shamrock Shuffle Expo at McCormick and the proximity and overhead walkways made it a perfect choice when winds picked up. Additionally, when we wanted to head out for a bite, taxi's were waiting and so amenable!

The area is quiet and hotel is connected to the large convention areas which is a great convenience. Great hotel restaurant. Helpful staff. Our reservation was listed wrong, one night instead of three nights. The staff was very helpful, corrected it to the full length of time with the addition of an amazing view!

I love this hotel! It's beautiful, clean, and has great food options. Parking was easy despite a conference.

Room was very nice with modern decor. Check in was very smooth. Hotel bar staff was friendly and very nice environment. It was a great experience staying here.

nice hotel, nice notel, nice hotel nice hotel nice hotel

Front desk staff could be more professional. Xxxxxxxx

Location was great and close to public transit. The showers were very luxurious - I immediately went online to find out how to get the same setup at my place.

I hooe been with you again!! Great staff!! Thanks!

I chose the hotel because the conference I attended was held there. I was unhappy with the location. It was far from the sites I wanted to visit while in Chicago. I had to take a bus to get into the areas of interest. The hotel is somewhat isolated, so you are forced to eat there the days you do not want to venture far afield. Food was ok, and wine was too expensive For the cost, my room was bare of amenities: no slippers, no shower cap, empty refrigerator.

Just not worth the price. As is evident from the price and what is provided given the price.

Nice hotel in the South Loop area. Great views of the lake.

Very convenient to the Wynn Trust Arena where we went for event.
