Overall the property was great. It was walking distance to many restuarnts.

Great hotel. Wonderful service, loved the area and complimentary breakfast!

The room was very clean with a great view of the river. We watched the river dyeing (on St. paddy's day) right from our room. The front staff was very generous, they even held our luggage after checkout while we were having fun.

I lived that it had this boutique hotel feel. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were small, but very chic and clean. The only negative was that you could hear the traffic really loudly outside, even in the 14tf floor.

Price for parking is the killer here. I had never visited Chicago before so I never took it into account. Would have been nice to have a heads up that all. But the hotel itself was good. We stayed 2 nights and had no issues

Our stay at Hampton Inn was great! We arrived earlier than the check-in time stated. Luckily, our room was available for early check-in. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The double-bed room was cozy and very clean. Also, the hotel is walking distance from most must-see & must-go to places. This hotel being in downtown Chicago was such a convenience and I would definitely stay there on my next trip!

Great repurposing of an existing building! Loved it! Great use of space in our room.

Loved the hot breakfast every day! The staff was friendly. I enjoyed being at the center of the attractions I wanted to see in Chicago.

In the last year I have been to Chicago three times, this was by far the best stay I have had. Everything about it was a great experience.

Quaint boutique downtown hotel. Very clean and friendly staff.

From the moment we checked in until we left the staff couldn't have been better. Great location for families.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and courteous. They assisted my family with a city map and places to go. They went over and beyond giving us the best transportation around the city. The free breakfast was for sure a plus when staying in the city. My only complaint would be the room temperature. The room was a bit warm making it alittle uncomfortable when sleeping. We had it set to 64 degrees but never seemed to get cool enough.

Very good location would definitely stay there again

Definitely worth the money, and the the Free breakfast was very good. Rooms were fine, but only con was that you can't lock the bathroom door.

When we arrived early, and asked to drop off our bags, the staff assisted us in finding out we could return the rental car we no longer needed at a much closer location. This saved a lot of time and hassle on the clogged streets of Chicago. Happy hour is new to Chicago and this hotel has one. The hotel is a little hard to find because it is on E Wacker Place, which is an offshoot of E Wacker Drive. The staff helped us find our way, and made a trip better in this way also. Near the river, and other downtown destinations.

Nice place! Did not disappoint! Close to Navy Pier and the river with many beautiful sites.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us during the St. Patrick's Day weekend. We are conveniently located in the Heart of Downtown Chicago near the Chicago River. You stayed in one of our rooms with the river view. Your kind review will be shared with our entire staff. We hope to see you again when you are in town.
