Wet feet A La crackers but No ice....

Carpet on floor was wet in several spots. Cracker remnants in one floor pile. Called to find ice as I use a cane and have limited walking...it was 9 rooms away. Told them on phone I couldn't walk that far. No offer to bring some ice to me. They had to know about wet carpet....

Our stay was great and we will definitely stay again. I’d made an error in my booking and the front desk staff was able to fix it without issue or charge. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were in town for a concert at Allstate Arena and it’s a very easy (10 min?) walk to and from. We mobile ordered food from the restaurant and picked it up at the bar 20-30 minutes later. Super easy and the food was great. The Starbucks here is open 24 hours as well - we didn’t use but a definite perk! Upon checkout, we’d accidentally paid for parking even though we’d been charged parking to our room already. A quick call to the desk staff again cleared up this mistake without issue. Absolutely no complaints with the staff or stay! The only thing worth mentioning maybe would be that once the ice melted that I’d gotten from the ice machine, there were several noticeable black pieces of something floating the water… dirt? Mold? Other debris? Hard to say if it came from the ice machine or the ice itself but it would have had to be from one of the two, unfortunately.
