A couple things I did not like.

I was disappointed that Hotels.com stated that a $10.00 food credit came with the reservation. The front desk said they have no record of that. Plus paking went up to $39.00 per day. Next time I may choose a different hotel.

Decent place near the airport

Decent place... Feels a little outdated. The store in the hotel is helpful but very expensive. Same about the breakfast and restaurant. Shuttle to ohare is helpful

I loved the hotel and the bar in the center. The room was huge (and cold). The staff attended to my call about a broken Heater and gave me a very large space heater. The shower was a nice experience. I liked the coffee/tea bar downstairs by check in.
