The staff at Rose Hilton did a wonderful job accommidating, even in a COVID-19 enviroment. The staff chef and front desk held many tasks and still was able to provide wonderful service. I was driven to the airport and everyone was extremely gratious. The hotel was also very clean and quiet
Guadalupe the young lady who checked us in on 2/15/2020 was very rude, unfriendly, during our check in. I was asking her about parking & room service. She act as if I was annoying her for wanting to know about those services . She is in customer service at a Hotel. She can at least smile, and be helpful. The hotel was nice and the rooms are big. House keeper ladies were helpful and super nice. Location is very close to airport and plenty of stores and restaurants.
It was very clean and we felt very safe. Very modern decor. Staff were friendly.
the place was very well decorated and very artistic, however, there was a $25 parking fee that was not told about until check-in!
