Place was very clean, cozy, and quiet! It was nice to have a full kitchen and dishware available to use. I traveled for a concert at Allstate Arena and the arena was only about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. The free airport shuttle was easy to catch and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage and do a little more exploring after I'd checked out too. Barring traffic, it's only about a 25-30 minute drive to downtown Chicago. I'd definitely stay here again!

Staybridge was very clean and sophisticated, had great amenities, and had very friendly, helpful and attentive staff that made check-in and check-out a breeze. It was also situated close to everything we needed to go to for our stay. Staying at this hotel felt like a steal for the price that we paid. 10/10 would recommend and will be staying here again if we return to Chicago

had to call 10 times and stay on hold for a total of over 40 minutes just so somebody can send me a credit card form to put the company card on file. asked for late check out and was rudely woken up by the maid banging on my door repeatedly stating check out check out you cehck out??? asked for receipt for parking while leaving and was met with arguing associate telling me that hotels.com is where i made the reservation and she cant give me a receipt for parking even though i was charged for that by the hotel and not the website i made a reservation at
