I stayed here with my boyfriend while visiting Chicago for my birthday, and overall, we had a really pleasant experience. The hotel itself is clean and inviting, staff was pleasant and our room was surprisingly spacious — plenty of room for the both of us to relax comfortably. The buffet-style breakfast was decent and convenient, and the location is great if you’re flying in or out of O’Hare. There were a couple of downsides, though. Our bathroom door ended up breaking during our stay. The engineers did come quickly to fix it, but unfortunately it still didn’t slide closed all the way afterward. The WiFi was also a bit choppy at times, which was a little frustrating. Housekeeping also did not come until our last night at the hotel and we were there for 6 days/5 nights. Even with those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Chicago.
