We arrived shortly after 10:00 pm at ORD so we missed the free shuttle. When we got to the hotel the check in process was fast and the help was very friendly. The restaurant was closed so the front desk gave us a couple of options for delivery. Unfortunately most of the restaurants were closed. The real problem I had with this property is that the TV did not work, not sure if the remote’s battery were dead but end of the day, it wasn’t working. The free internet did not work at all for any of our 4 devices.

Only having one entrance that is very far from where the parking is, is extremely inconvenient especially when bringing in bags. There are also entrances closer to the parking but they are all locked. You should add a door that guests can scan their key cards to get in. Almost every hotel I’ve ever stayed at has this

Pool water was do cold we didnt use it. The room was a bit chilly also. Parking was a nightmare, gate didnt open, getting to the structure and then finding the entrance to the hotel was a nightmare. Everything else was perfect.
