The rooms were nice and spacious, service was great.

Nice hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Even has a conference center. Cold fruity water available in the lobby. I would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The room was cozy but dusty and I didn't appreciate the daily $15 parking fee. It should be free after all the room rates are not cheap.

I have stayed in this same hotel previously. This was by far my worst experience and will not return. With so many hotel options in the area, will stay some where else next time. The swimming pool filter wasn't working. The pool was cloudy and couldn't see to the bottom. There were gum wrappers and rubber bands in the water. There was a film across the top of the water. The pool was unsafe to swim in. The pool area was only closed after we alerted the staff. The room was dusty and dirty. I found a fast food bag in plain site upon check in. There was a live bug of some sort crawling around. The ceiling had cracks in it. It was a one night stay only and was contemplating not spending the night. I realize it was a Monday morning and construction work needs to happen but I awoke to the sounds of jack hammering right outside my window in the connected parking garage. Was very disappointed in my stay.

Husband and I were in town for a concert. Hotel was within walking distance. We arrived early and the let us check-in early! Outlet mall within walking distance as well!! Very nice friendly staff... but our pillows had hair from who knows what guest. I didn't make it a big deal since there were extra pillows in the room that were clean!!

I had a great time in The Double Tree by Hilton Chicago. The room was clean everyday and has an excellent service. I was pleased that they has a business room for using the computer and printing because I need to print some concert tickets, so it saved my time. I ate at the restaurant and the breakfast was really good. The staff was great. The hotel is near of great stores and restaurants, also the train station. The free shuttle to the airport was excellent. Great hotel!!!

I wanted to take shuttle back to airport and took my hotel's shuttle back.But the shuttle driver saw my packages was from shopping mart, so he asked me if I was staying the hotel at the night, I told him the truth and just picked up something here. But he refused to take me to airport, and said I was not a guest for the hotel. So I went to the front desk and asked them if I could take shuttle to airport, a man told me I could, just didn't tell the driver anything. I stayed outside and wait for the next shuttle, but there was a man in hotel uniform coming and checked me, I told him the truth and he told me I could not take the shuttle to airport just because I did not stay the hotel, he watched me out. I had to walk for 30 minutes to train station, took me to the airport. I felt very disappointed for what they did to me, it was not easy for a foreigner to walk so long at 10:00pm with snowing outside. American people should be warm and helpful, their attitude was cold.

We had a great time at the Doubletree. The food was very good and service from front desk to bartender was great. Only one complaint is no BTN tv station to watch our football game. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Came here for a girlfriend's bachelorette party. It was great!

It was a nice hotel, staff was just ok. You have to pay $13 extra for parking, which has not been clearly defined in the description of the hotel.

Our room 930 great very clean great location, however room 922 had ants in bathroom.

Great room. Clean and quiet. I liked that I was able to check in early. and the cookies are great!

The location was perfect for a quick business trip in the O'Hare vicinity. Very good value.

Convenient to O'Hare & CTA, hotel shuttle service every 20 min and typically runs on time. Gibson's Steakhouse onsite is a big plus for this hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and generally quiet, especially being close to the airport.

Due to the bad weather shuttle never showed so we had to take a cab to the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location for walking to the convention center as well as dining and shopping. The warm cookie was a treat. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

hotel near the rosemont entertainment district

excellent and clean hotel!!!

I had a great time in The Double Tree by Hilton Chicago. The room was clean everyday and has an excellent service. I was pleased that they has a business room for using the computer and printing because I need to print some concert tickets, so it saved my time. I ate at the restaurant and the breakfast was really good. The staff was great. The hotel is near of great stores and restaurants, also the train station. The free shuttle to the airport was excellent. Great hotel!!!

my terrible experience

The hotel is normal, nothing special, if nothing happened, I think it is OK. But I had a bad experience several days after checking out, I stayed with a friend in this hotel, I left there for somewhere else and my friend stayed there one more night, he left a package in the front desk and asked me helped him to pick up and took back home. I stayed another hotel because the room rate was not good here the night I picked up the packages, I took the shuttle from the airport and went to hotel and picked the packages. I wanted to take shuttle back to airport and took my hotel's shuttle back.But the shuttle driver saw my packages was from shopping mart, so he asked me if I was staying the hotel at the night, I told him the truth and just picked up something here. But he refused to take me to airport, and said I was not a guest for the hotel. So I went to the front desk and asked them if I could take shuttle to airport, a man told me I could, just didn't tell the driver anything.
