Check in was quick and easy. Just parking was a bit tough.
Very dirty, baseboards were hanging loose off the walls, sheets were stained. No one answered the phone at the front desk.
General impression was guests were an inconvenience to the staff. First problem, the desk clerk didn't know where the hotel shuttle picked up guests, and even after 5 calls, could not stir himself to find out. Shuttle driver - excellent. Check-in experience - I was interrupting the games / flirting of the desk clerk. Elevator broken, carpet stained and torn, walls scarred. Room, poor infrastructure that tried to hide behind nice decor. Check-out -- Had to ask 3 staff people to please make room in the hall with their carts so I could use the one remaining elevator to get to the lobby. Breakfast - surprisingly good, and overseen by a skilled, friendly waiter. Shuttle to airport, new driver, but again excellent.
The young man that took care of us was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of
The knob door were damage and in the web page say transportation available but when you got there , says only pickup from the airport. That was the main reason i reserve on this unit

It’s a good and inexpensive hotel but is old. The sink and the shower wasn't in good shape.
Good decent breakfast , buffet like with quality items , free parking , very close to O’Hare and close to other restaurants and gas stations. Overall is a great buy for the money …

The room was OK. The common areas were run down. For the same price, or a few dollars more there are much better properties. Next trip I will stay somewhere else
