The facility was lovely. Staff was kind BUT the bellman was rarely at his station. The area where our bags were kept were within eye sight BUT he was never there to take or give bags promptly. He was hopefully busy doing other things for staff and guests but this was a downside of our stay.

Staff was great, especially Marcus the doorman. The bath towels were very small, im 5ft. 130lbs. And it barely covered me up, not sure how thia would work for larger/taller folks. The body wash diapenser in shower was completely empty. They have a shampoo dispenser no.conditioner. 1 little bar of soap at sink and thats about it for vanity amenities Had a small fridge which was unexpected. A lockbox but the # pad was glitchy, only a few of #'s would engage Great location though. Beds weren't amazing. For the price $308 orbitz for 3 nights it was fine.

This was a great place to say. The room was spacious, nice, and clean. There was both hotel valet parking and valet parking next door. The hotel was conveniently located for shopping along Michigan avenue, small restaurants on side streets, and a Starbucks. Since the area included Northwestern University and hospitals, it was safe. I hope to stay at Warwick Allerton again.

The clean room, however, is too small for the family, and there isn't much light in it. In particular, a very good location to explore the city and the surrounding lots of options for shopping and dining.

The Warwick Allerton is a beautiful hotel with nicely appointed rooms. I was disappointed in the breakfast and coffee options but with Starbuck close by, was able to remedy that quickly.

Overall a good stay and the service was good. As other reviews stated, the rooms are small. I had a queen room which is suitable for one person, but two is doable if you really like the other person. The shower pressure was good, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and I enjoyed my view from the 10th floor. Areas of improvement include better staff training in answering outside calls into the hotel in a timely manner (not letting the phone ring for minutes); problem-solving (e.g. when told the water cooler in the fitness room is empty, not telling the guest there is water at the front desk); and, updating the machines in the fitness room. Otherwise, its a beautiful hotel with nice people and a good location.

Really nice front desk staff who are trying hard. My first room reeked of old cigarette smoke, and the staff moved me to another with no question. Second room smelled a little better, but the bathroom needed some attention. Whiskers from a shave in the sink, old dental floss on the floor. I was tired and didn't feel like moving again, so I just cleaned up and washed my hands. It's not a big deal. But the place needs some attention. Great location, reasonable price, and very nice desk people.
