Classic hotel, updated to a high standard, right on Michigan Ave.

room too small, you can barely walk around the beds. We ran out of toilet paper and they took around 30 min to bring it to the room when we ordered it. Also, in hotels like this you would expect to have hair conditioner next to the shampoo and shower gel. I had to call reception for them to bring me one... we were 3 people but only had 2 towels.

Great location, beautiful, good restaurant, comfortable and clean rooms. Carpet needs to be replaced.

Great location. Close to restaurants and museums. Friendly staff and good on site dining option.

Room was noisy. I could hear voices in the hall, the elevator, etc. Hotel layout is confusing. Is there room service—hard to tell? Internet was slow. I didn’t spend much time in the room it when I did I wanted to test and found that difficult.

Hotel is great. Location is stellar. Staff is great. Little worn on interior finishes like carpet but overall a great option.

There was nothing in the room that said what the facility amenities were, when I went to the desk to inquire about them the gentleman at the desk was dismissive and rude stating 'all that information is available on the hotel website.' The room was very nice but the carpet looked very dated. There was one receptionist that was very kind and very helpful, I believe her name was Yolanda. Great location! Good value.

Older hotel, could use some minor renovations like carpet, but overall the experience was great. The staff was wonderful, the room was nice and the location is fantastic!

With the hotel workers strike waited until 5:30 until a clean room was available. Lobby full of unhappy people waiting to get a room well past the advertised check in time. Had reserved and paid for the room well in advance

Great hotel with a wonderful staff. Breakfast was delicious, people were kind, and the hotel is located in a great spot. I would stay there again!

Great location Good accommodations for the cost Check it out

The room was extremely small, with barely any room to move. The desk had a chair but was filthy and had stains. The toilet was not clean and had visible stains. The carpet too was old and musty. Paint off the wall also didnt look new. I have absolutely no idea how this hotel is called 4-star. I have seen Super8s better than this. Except for its location, nothing is good about the hotel. Even the WiFi isn't free (they charge $10 for WiFi). Please avoid! You will be disappointed for sure.

Nice hotel great location! Rooms are old needs updating carpet is old bathroom tiny space

Great location, the staff is very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back.
