Great hotel! Rooms are clean and they have a great breakfast with A decent view. Only con is the elevators. I like it because it's next to Nordstrom's.

Great stay for family vacation. We would recommend it to anyone.

I would stay here again anytime! We had a king room with a full kitchen and a pull out couch. The room seemed new or newly remodeled. It was all very clean. The breakfast included the next morning, was awesome, but it was crowded so come be prepared and go early if you want to beat the rush. The pool was a bit cold, no hot tub, but our kids still enjoyed it. The hotel is about a 1.5 blocks from Michigan Ave, tons of restaurants surround the location.

Our experience at Homewood Suites was a very good one. We split our trip between Homewood and the Trump. Now that being said, I'm not implying these two hotels are equal in luxury, but I will say that our stay Homewood did not feel like an under $150/night (in Chicago) Hotel. I'll just list my Pros and Cons for this hotel. + Very Clean : entry, reservation/front desk and rooms + Decor - inviting, comfortable, stylish + Room size and views (10th floor) +Location- 1/2 block off Michigan Ave. Navy Pier & Discovery Park: Shopping, site-seeing + Polite and courteous staff: from doorman to receptionist the customer service was great. +Linens/pillows and towels all very clean, soft and looks new + Beds were comfortable and we woke up refreshed - not stiff. +Kitchenettes clean and functional. +Pool and workout center One can always find something negative to say about even the best of things but I did not feel like there was anything that would reduce your level of comfort.

Booked this hotel for its location and price for a gathering of family members for a surprise birthday. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was one of the better complimentary breakfasts I'd had! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Good rooms nice location about 14 minutes walk from thankgiving parede.

Nice hotel in a great location. However, the WiFi service in the hotel is unusable because there is not enough WiFi capacity. I found problems with both the free WiFi service and the paid premium service. I ended up switching to my phone which I used as a WiFi hotpot.

Front desk staff was excellent. The bell/door staff was ok. Would have appreciated more of a welcome when on the street level. They did provide great walking directions, however.

One block from the red line subway. Great for a family with kids. Kids loved the pool.

Hotel was nice and clean. The location was great and with in walking distance of the main strip. Taxi's were almost always waiting outside so getting around town from here was no problem. We had an amazing view from our room. Couldn't have been happier.

The Good: The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The not so good: The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so we were woken up to the sound of drills and other construction sounds at around 8am. Also, the Wi-fi connectivity is spotty. The Bad: Parking IS NOT FREE! The information on the website is incorrect. Parking is actually $59 per car per day. :(

Location was great although rooms were dated and breakfast buffet was nothing to brag about but staff was excellent! All and all would stay here again!

Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. The 5 to 7 pm managers reception was a welcome treat. Breakfast was very nice with many choices. Will definitely come back Around corner is rock bottom brewery. Nice place to eat and drink. Kinda a sports bar

The location was perfect. The staff was awesome. They went out of their way to be helpful. Although the hotel could use some updates, the overall experience was great.

Always very friendly staff at hotel and they go out of the way to make your stay great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, reasonably priced hotel just blocks from the Magnificent Mile!

We have stayed here before and the location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is very good.

Very comfortable stay during my conference. Very helpful with luggage & check in. Great breakfasts!

The room had water damage and smelled. The location was fantastic but the room was barely tolerable.

The hotel was a great location! Walking distance from a lot of the main attractions!

The location is very good- staff are competent. You can get to Michigan Ave pretty easily subway is quite accessible too. The room was clean
