Great family hotel
We had a great experience at the Homewood Suites. We could easily hop on public transportation and enjoy the downtown. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Free breakfast was a great plus with a family!

I didn't have any issues with my room other than wifi connectivity. One of the days during my stay one of the two elevators were down and I waited 10 minutes to get a ride on the one that was left. For a place to have 19 floors and just one elevator seems crazy and hazardous.

Our stay at this hotel was the epitome of mediocrity. We asked for ice every single day and never got it. We asked for an ironing board every day and we got it on the last day. The room had trash under the bed, behind the night stands. The breakfast was sub-par with limited offerings. The pictures on the website are not what the actual hotel/rooms look like. The suite looks like it was stuck in the 80s. The elevators take a long time to get to the floor and you are lucky if even one of them works. The staff was nice, shoutout to Gerardo.

Staff was great. I appreciated that the room had a bedside clock/alarm clock -- that's increasingly rare. However, the clock was set to the wrong time and -- in a bizarre and foolish decision -- the part in which you could change the time was locked "for hotel staff only.* This was pointless and annoying. The AC -- only fan -- didn't seem to work. With windows bolted shut, it was stuff. I would appreciate a local newspaper available in lobby. Thank you for having a bathtub.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It is walking distance to the Metro station and bus stops. The valet parking was the only option we new about and was convenient, but you could self park. One of the elevators was down for repairs, which was a pain at times with 18 floors, but at busier times they escorted people on the freight elevator.
