Plus: Location to Lincoln Park, Elaine’s coffee shop attached to hotel very convenient. Our room was renovated and quite roomy. Minus: The overhead shower head did not work and could not be fixed during our stay. The phone to call the front desk did not work, our tv channels 1-11 did not work per front desk and remote needed new batteries which were fixed the next day. Roof top closed due to special event on Saturday. One of the 3 elevators was out of service Sat thru Minday.

I can't believe that this hotel is owned by Hyatt. The rooms are very funky and old. Large box air-conditioning is very noisy as it cycles on and off. I changed my reservation to leave a day earlier than the original reservation but was not refunded for the night I didn't stay. The location is lovely, and there was a great farmers' market just across the street.
