All staff extremely nice Great hotel location Very clean

Great place to stay...affordable convenient and amazing rooftop.

Comfy, pleasant, lots to do around the area. The weather was misty to rainy but we still had fun visiting the zoo during the day and shopping. At night we found entertainment nearby and had a fabulous time. Will definitely be back!

Helpful and friendly staff with nice coffee shop in lobby, many restaurants and shops nearby

What a neat place to stay. It's an old hotel, but it has a lot of character. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The top floor has a bar \ cafe with an awesome view overlooking the zoo and nearby parks. Very tasty hamburger! Small breakfast cafe downstairs with really good coffee.

Great front desk Marc or Van made us feel like family. The hotel was so clean and fresh. The roof top was perfect for breakfast and the coner suit we had was big and great views of Lake and city. Everyone that work at the hotel was professional and very sincere. My wife and I would stay here again with out a doubt

Hotel room had either bed bugs or lots of spiders, and traffic outside was pretty loud.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Lincoln. The staff was attentive and quick to help with recommendations for restaurants, etc. The rooftop bar had great views and the location in Lincoln Park was exactly what I was hoping for during my stay in Chicago.

Staff was excellent. Room was decent albeit small. Computer and internet access was extremely slow. Location was what made it for us. Close walk to various vendors. 30min walk to magnificent mile. Can also take bus 22 to Chicago ave and walk a couple blocks to mag mile.

The hotel was very nice and trendy. I loved the location. However, the hotel really didn't have a lot of amenities.

Despite the hotel's high star rating it was disappointing off the beaten path choice. The lobby is loud and not well kept. Elevators are tiny and slow (and hot). Rooms are the size of mid-town Manhattan rooms, cramped, no central air. The place was reasonably clean however and had a quirky feel to it. Some people might like that. The staff was outstanding and every interaction with them was exceptional.

Overall excellent stay staff very friendly rooms are on the small side but view is great

The hotel has a great location. It is very close to the beach, right across the street to the Lincoln Zoo and Conservatory. The front-desk staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a junior suite, and the room is very spacious and neatly organized and decorated.

Staff friendly, helpful. Nice area with some restaurants and shops.

Loved it. Would definitely return. The staff was amazing - very attentive.

The staff was hella friendly and they had candy hidden in various drawers which made our toddler super stoked. It was convenient, friendly, clean, and we'd totes stay there again.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. It really gets better with every visit. The staff is always so friendly. The rooms are amazing and fun. The food is worth going even if you don't stay at this hotel as is the rooftop bar. Walkable to so many places. Love this place!

Great restaurant and roof terrace. Rooms are small and AC is noisy but bearable.

Upon departing the hotel I WAS (past tense) 100+++ satisfied. Great location, Glenn at the front desk was the best part of our hotel experience, Roof top area was fantastic, Great Chicago experience. When we arrived home it was a different story. We realized that our bill had several charges on it for internet, We called because we were under the impression internet was included. I used the business center's computer to print airline tickets and a document I needed. One of the computers kept locking up and would not print. it took more than one attempt to get the documents printed. I understood I needed to pay for the printing. I was not aware that the hotel was charging me for computer time even though it was malfunctioning. They refused the smallest of credit for their broken equipment

This was a great, quaint luxury hotel close to Lincoln Park. The room was a little small, but the other aspects of the hotel (cleanliness, comfort, ambience) made up for that. The best was the rooftop bar on the top of the hotel.
