I did not like that the bathroom has no fan and that the computer system was messed up and they charged $200 for incidentals when there is no minibar or store or anything to even spend $200 on.

One staff member was quite rude to me for no real reason

Location was ideal for the task we were there to do.

The room wasn’t ready when I arrived. They have limited staff. They didn’t clean the room claiming they have no staff. Even though I prepaid the hotel through Orbitz, I was charged the entire cost a second time on my credit card. They said it was an error and I was told that the charge was reversed. Overall, it was a horrible experience in a terrible hotel that has no staff. Very bad and I want a refund.

My family had several rooms at Hotel Lincoln. We all were celebrating our sons wedding. Yes the rooms arent super large but so nice. We had everything we needed and your staff was wonderful. Thank you and we will be back.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. There's a coffee shop in the lobby which has delicious coffee and pastries and is such a nice perk. Room was clean and comfortable, although full (not queen) beds were a bit small for 2 people. Will definitely stay here again.

I will definitely stay here again. I love the location, the hotel was really nice and had a good vibe, the service was very friendly.

Quaint property. To our surprise there was a farmer's market which we enjoyed.

It was smallish in a good location which was nice for us. The roof top bar is kind of sweet and the down stairs bar/restaurant was okay but both were closed for private parties one night or an other although it was office Christmas party season. The HVAC was a window unit and it was loud. Amenity fee, what amenities?

The hotel promised increased cleaning due to the pandemic which was one of the reasons we wanted to stay. We were set up in a room that was not clean. The bed was made, but it included crumbs and a human fingernail. The towels had been used and the tv was broken (you could only see 2/3 of the picture.) We can’t eat dairy and there were few food options available on site. Everyone was very nice though. Just very disappointed with being given a dirty room for our anniversary.

The staff are to be commended at this property! They were ALL accommodating, courteous, prompt, personable and caring. Outstanding stay!
