Thank you for the staff and attention to cleanliness.

I’ve stayed here before no disappointments. Clean quiet stay.

I liked the lobby and the staff, but every time I went to use the ice machine there was no ice.

This hotel needs a complete overhaul. It’s in very bad condition.

The location was good overall. The actual property was extremely disappointing. There was a terrible smell of weed that was constant throughout. The property itself was dirty and not worth the money.

Hotel is old built in the late 1800's, rooms are small but were good, the bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, and it is within a 20 minute walk to.most attractions and shopping on the Magnificent Mile. will stay here again! My only complaint was that our stay by accident was during the NBA Allstar weekend and the hotel was hosting an event, the whole hotel smelled of marijuana.

On their google star rating it says a 4 star. It certainly isnt a 4 star hotel. I was only here for 2 nights so it was fine but they need to improve in lots of areas. Carpets are so old, I wasnt comfortable walking around without socks. They say they rehabed the rooms but just the furniture was new. Rust stuck on our tub. Fine for a night or 2 but if your staying longer spend the extra bucks to go to a new hotel.

We had a room with a beautiful view of Congress Plaza, Buckham Fountain and Lake Michigan.

The only thing I like about this property is that it was available during the time I needed. However I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Used toiletries in the bathroom. Very small tv. Hair on bed.

The hot water did not work properly. Water had to be ran for a minimum of 15 minutes or so to heat up.

Its historic interest and the Lake view was why we chose it. The parking was VERY expensive, we never got to see the beautiful dining room advertised in the photo of the hotel. We ended up walking for pizza and did have ice cream at the hotel. Bed was comfortable, and the view was beautiful.

This was my second stay and I will return. Very courteous staff. Housekeeping was excellent! Location to downtown and Museums was perfect! I recommend getting a lake view room for the sunrises!

The food in their restaurants is horrible. The bar is severely overpriced. The door people don't like uber

friendly staff from front desk to doorman ........

Beautiful building, no HD tv, bathtub would not drain the whole stay.

Toilet did not work properly. Not much water pressure.
