I would have appreciated it so much more if the staff actually enforced the mask mandate that is posted in the hotel! There were FAR to many times where I am in a hallway or public area and people were not wearing their masks!

Excellent room!!! Clean and spacious.

Rooms were small, but nice to have a kitchen in them. A lot of hotels had pools and buffet breakfast going again, but not this hotel. Price wasn’t even discounted.

This place was clean and amazing great views and the kitchen was so adorable.

I was rather surprised at how many people were staying at the hotel. Especially the number of kids! I was also disappointed that my Wellness Checks were NOT performed. As a Type One Diabetic, I've had instances where an EMT was called because my glucose levels dropped too low. So the Wellness Checks are for additional security but they were NOT performed at all during my stay!

Loved the views and how nice the staff was. Having no breakfast that one can choose from but chosen for u and then not enough of isnt great at all. Also

I loved the look of the room. But when I booked I wasn't told that there was a 75 charge for incidentals. PLUS i called and asked about parking after driving around the building 3 times and they said vallet only. It wasn't until i was checking out that I had ajother charge which they said was for vallet. I was only there 12 hours. I could have parked for cheap anywhere withing a block. I was pretty upset about the random charges that I was never notified about b4 hand. I also left and have 3 horrible bites from something on my right arm. So that is definitely a bad sign as well. The "customer service" was terrible. They were rude and hung up on me 3 times when i called for 2 towels. It took 3 hrs to get 2 towels. I would NEVER recommend staying there to anyone, which is sad because it is such beautiful hotel with an amazing view

This hotel has clearly become a party hotel because there is no emphasis on COVID safety. The staff response was “ we tell people to wear masks , but once they leave the lobby there’s nothing we can do” the irony of this is there were at least 7 people in the lobby without masks of any kind. Load parties into the night, hallway groups just sitting on the floors. This place was not only atrociously I relaxing, but you risk your life ever time you leave your room. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this.

It was a bit slow when requests were made but over all, everything was pleasant.

After a long day of travel we were so excited to arrive, upon walking in the hotel lobby smelled musty. Upon getting to our room my husband pulled the sheets back to lay down and discovered a bed bug!!!! We called the front desk immediately and they sent security up to look. He came in grabbed the bug off the bed and said they would move us to a room a few doors down. My husband is a registered nurse and explained to them how invasive they are and that there was a very high chance they could be in other rooms on the same floor. We asked for a refund and the lady at the front desk rudely told us she could not do that. I could not believe how filthy that hotel is and how rude and negligent they are when it comes to keeping rooms clean and ready for guests.

Looks beautiful in photos. Wasn’t the worst the hotel I’ve stood to. But rooms was a little dirty not a luxury stay. Staff was nice and help. But honestly wouldn’t recommend.

Wonderful property with amazing Views of Grant Park and the Shedd Aquarium/Field Museum and Lake Michigan! Beautiful area with close walking distance to Art Institute of Chicago!

What a great location! The staff were helpful and nice. If COVID hadn't been a concern, using the swimming pool would have been nice...
