Very clean and comfortable stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Chicago.

Went to an event at the banquet hall, decided to get a room upstairs. So convenient!

I booked this hotel online with Orbitz.com after reading several reviews and the close proximity to the airport. Upon our arrival there were several parties/receptions going on with kids and adults lining the corridors, hallways and open areas; my guess would be to escape the extremely loud music or to get some fresh air from the evenings festivities. Upon arrival at the front desk we noticed a sign that states as of May 1, 2018 THE HOTEL IS CHARGING $15 PER NIGHT FOR PARKING FOR GUESTS OF THE HOTEL. I thought this was perhaps for people staying 1 NIGHT at the hotel and leaving their car parked at the facility so that they could travel and not have to pay the parking fee at the airport so I inquired about this sign. I was told that it was for everyone even those that stay 1 night and check out in the morning, which was our case. Had I known this prior I would have chosen a different hotel. It wasn't necessarily the amount but the fact that we hadn't known about it, the noise and the attitude of the girl at the desk. After dodging kids and making it to our room we found the room to be comfortable in size, amenities and cleanliness. However, when I tried sleeping on the bed I found it nearly impossible. It was one of the worst nights sleep I've had at a hotel due to the extremely soft mattress that was well past it's prime and pillows that your head didn't rest on but rather got sucked into. I certainly will not be returning to this hotel.

Excellent service in reception. Felt good and nice to get good sleep after 19 hrs travel. Today still small jump to get home.

Location was great with it being maybe a 15 minute ride to the airport, and the free shuttle was a must. The room was just ok- kind of dated. We were given a handicapped room without being told, and I would have asked to change if we weren't tired and hungry. It can be a bummer if the drain is slow in the bathroom of such rooms as the whole floor can get wet. Also, there were some long hairs on the floor in the bathroom, which grosses me out.

Older hotel, needs upgrading, carpet had spots. Water ran of VERY slowly in sink. Food quality was less than average. Price of food too high for quality of food. Room location was located very far from lobby. Remainder me of getting from to the last arrival gate having to walk to the exit of O’Hare Airport! Yo need a go-cart especially if you elderly and have an issue walking.

Decent enough spot with good meeting facilities and a nice restaurant on premises. But patrons are not allowed to have a direct TV remote to use with the televison (I was told "we dont want you messin with the TV's"), thereby allowing no access to the channel guide, pause or rewind or setup menu, so you can't use the television as you normally would or use it to connect or stream content from smart devices. No pay per view options either. A weird attitude and frustrating situation for someone stuck in town on business.

The bath tub was clogged up after taking a shower, there was no safe box nor a refrigerator in the room. When booking I requested a room closer to the elevator and a higher floor. The room I was given was the furthest from the elevator and I was told 2nd floor is the highest she has. Overall I am not happy, always stay with shareton but have to think about it twice for the future.

We only stayed 1 night for our flight but the bathroom is super small and the tub didnt drain!

Todo correcto, acorde al precio. Localización cercana al aeropuerto, pero pocas ofertas fuera del hotel

disappointed in the exercise room. Jacuzi water was not worm enough as usual. Shower by the Jacuzi not run hot water at all no matter how long you ran it. The area cleaning lady spoke Spanish mostly and was not much helpful. We had to walk to our rooms with towel rap around us as we could take the shower and that was not the case before. Renovation changed all that for inconvenience for us.

Everything is fine after renovation. However, the exercise room has missed out few things they used to have. One is that the Jacuzi was not heated enough like other commercial places I have experienced thus far. Excercise room used to hot water shower in rest room now the one in the pool area does not even by the pool/jacuzi. before we could go to rest room and change our wet trunk with fresh and new shorts and paints now that is cold for shower, no privacy.

Nice and clean hotel. I would recommend it to a friend

It was suoper late when we arrived with our 3 young kids. The staff was friendly and worked quickly to get everyone checked in.

Good overal. The hotel was very clean. the room are nice and the staff is friendly.

Pretty good. The restaurant accommodated my special breakfast request Our room did not have a fridge which created an issue for me

My husband and I spent the night there before he had to take his flight from O'Hare. The room was dirty, when I moved the night table to plug in my charger it was really dirty, full of dust and dirty. Right I the morning a small insect came from the back of the bed and then from the covers. The sheets have stains and the bed was all bad done, made us think they didn't even change the sheets from the night before. Worst experience ever. The day after I called the hotel manager to let her know and she never replied to my voicemail.

I stayed at this hotel because it's close to the airport and they have a shuttle to and from O'Hare every 20 minutes. Unfortunately, when I came back from my trip, both my flights had been delayed so I arrived at O'Hare at 2 a.m. and I had to be at work very early the next morning. I was grateful that I'd have a very short ride to the hotel. Unfortunately, the shuttle didn't come for an hour (after I'd called to find out why they hadn't come). When the driver finally did come and I asked why they'd taken so long he said, "He got busy doing other things. Needless to say, I didn't get to my room until 3:30 am. If I'd known that, I would have just made the long trip home.

No Issues here. Always nice and clean. Also, has a great restaurant

Always been very good experience of our stay at four points sheraton.
