No Issues here. Always nice and clean. Also, has a great restaurant
Always been very good experience of our stay at four points sheraton.
Nice hotel, clean, all new facilities. Not expensive. Highly recommended.
We like the park and fly hotel feature. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Bathroom was missing toiletries, especially hand soap by the sink. Our room was for disabled people, not very convenient for my 6'3 husband. The worse however was a hole in the wall under the A/C unit. The arctic cold weather was blowing inside the room so bad, we had to walk around in our outside boots. Since we stayed only one night we did not request room change, but for sure it was disappointing experience. But, the hotel restaurant is excellent.
Shuttle runs every 20 minutes to the airport. Nice clean, big rooms. The only problem we had, was that the room was suppose to be non-smoking, we called down and they gave us a non- smoking room.
We stayed here because it's very close to O'Hare and the hotel has an airport shuttle, which was on-time. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Ok, I was not expecting much from a hotel near the airport. It was clean, the room was big, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower head was powerful. The only issue was two electrical outlets did not work, not bad for any hotel. I never turned on the TV. When I checked in there was a rocking reception going on, from my room...I never heard a single sound, no music, no airplanes, very quiet all night long.
Fairly nice hotel. Close to airport with 24 hour shuttle running every 30 minutes. We were in a ground floor room that was near the ballroom. Walls seemed really thin at 1am when the wedding reception broke up.
The hotel was great - my room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff was also very nice and helpful. I also went to the Mirage during my stay, the waitress was not as helpful, as a customer, she was very prompt to get me a drink, but never offered me a menu. Then for the next half an hour, while I tried to get her attention, I watched as every man that came in, was given a menu right away. I guess, she figured women don't eat... The food ended up being great with large portions. Aside, from that one waitress, my stay was excellent. Had a meeting the next day in one of the hotel's meeting rooms, with lunch provided by the hotel, which was also excellent. The chairs in the meeting room - not so comfortable, definitely could do with an upgrade, even the men in the meeting were complaining about how uncomfortable they were. We are business executives, to sit in a ling meeting, we need comfort.
It's like a super 8 was there and then someone bought it. Then they bought some furniture from a Marriott and slapped a Sheraton name on it. No real complaints.
In the past when we used the swiming and exercise room we were able to find the shower in bathroom and suana and this time we found that missing after renovation of the place. There was shower outside Jacuzy but the the water was very cold no matter how long we waited run off the cold water. Finally we had to go to our room with our swiming truncks with towels rapped around. Also, the Jacuzy did not have all it's water streams were fired up nor the working one had the proper jet stream in it. We called for technician to come and fix it but he could not do much either. In short, the equipment in the exercise room were not enough either.Hotel stay, restaurant was fine.
Traveled here for business - we were late making reservations, so considered ourselves lucky to find a room within 10-15 minutes of our destination. Staying here was a good incentive to make reservations earlier next time. Bathroom sink didn't drain, hair on the pillowcases (that wasn't mine), skidmarks in the toilet bowl. On the good side, the front desk staff was first rate - responsive, quick, courteous, helpful.
this is a really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really good place.
Online it said the hotel was only 1/4 mile from airport. It took at least 15 mins to get there and also back. They did have a free shuttle three times an hour. It read that it was newly remodeled. The lobby looked like the only thing that had been done. They had one restaurant that didn't have a bar area and you had to get to it by an outside entrance. Great food, nice staff, not nice restraurant. That night two weddings were going on in the ballrooms by the entrance of the hotel, made for a very noisy stay. Heard doors slamming and people in the hallways all night. Was only there for 8 hours and don't think I would stay again after seeing a lot more hotels that were closer to airport.
Surly front desk staff. Was booked into room with fighting couple next door. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was full, which it definitely was not.
This hotel was convenient for a park and fly. Unfortunately, the first room we checked into had a broken heating unit. The staff moved us quickly, even though it was very late when we checked in.
Excellent experience very prompt transportation to and from the airport
It was generally comfortable. It would be good when no room cleaning is required, there was replenishment of bottle water, cups and coffee .
Great stay in Chicago at four points...room and the beds were nice....the shower did not drain properly was the only bad thing about the room.
