No microwave, rude staffs, noisy, the food was not good at all

Very very clean and spacious room. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the possibility of hearing thru the adjoining door to the adjoining room. But I suppose this is normal for most American hotels. Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown is one of the cleanest hotels I've been to, and I would gladly stay again. Also the staff was very helpful.

Usually the Hampton's have a small micro wave and refrigerator but this Hampton did not. Very nice breakfast area.

Great stay for family. Breakfast is good, staff very helpful. Parking is expensive though.

Location was great. A 10 minutes walk to Navy pier and Millenium Park. Breakfast is included and amazing. The staff and breakfast laddies were very helpful and kind. Right in the middle of downtown. Parking is expensive, but that’s the usual in downtown. Recommend parking a few blocks away at a garage. Overalll great stay and will stay there again.

Very well located hotel: quiet area near a lot of good sites.

The rooms were a little run down and you could tell things were getting worn out. But it wasn’t dirty. The breakfast buffet was good and as a gluten free vegan I was able to eat fruit and potatoes and oatmeal. The only downside: other guests who came To breakfast in bare feet— gross. The fitness center was a typical hotel fitness Center and the pool was small but the kids said it was fine. I’d go back.

Short stat but hotel was clean, employees are friendly and efficient and a good location.

Very good experience with Front Desk staff. We had a few issues when we arrived, but they were handled quickly and to our satisfaction.

Pros: Well.. the room was clean, clean linens, breakfast was included which was decent and convenient. Cons: Staff never asked how our stay was at check out, had they asked we would have shared about our not so great stay. When we checked in we also weren’t told about the pool hours or extra details. We booked this hotel because of proximity to town and the hot tub as not many locations have one. The hot tub was dirty with stuff floating in it which was a huge disappointment! The hotel is across the street from the fire department rooms like 503 are right across the way- no to low sleep and no ear plugs are provided or even notification of this fact. The elevators are also either broken or getting old, they got stuck and loads of people and up waiting a long time to get on one. Today one was out of order.

While our most basic rooms don’t include fridges, we do offer upgraded rooms with fridges & microwaves. Our upgraded King with wetbar offers 50 square feet of additional space as well as a minifridge & microwave. Our Suites are about 500 square feet with a separate living & sleeping area with a kitchenette with microwave & fridge. These rooms are great if you need a bit more room or if you are staying for more than a few nights. We will share you feedback with our team so that we may improve the experience for all our guests.
