Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop

Great hotel, very close to a lot of different things in the Loop. Rooms are on the small side, but it doesn’t feel that way. The bed is comfortable, the bedding is great. I absolutely love the free chilled water on every floor.

Great staff, service, and great location (walkable to city attraction)

Close to the train station and a very good value. They will store your luggage before or after your stay. Only quibble is the mattress could have been better but a great value for the money and great staff. Another plus is the fill your own water bottle on each floor.

Nice hotel in central loop easy to get to, nice bar/restaurant connected, 24 hour fitness room

Great location. The bar and restaurant had amazing food. The bathroom smelled like BO though and it made the whole encounter unpleasant.

The hotel's location is quite excellent. It is a quick five minute walk from Union Station and five minutes the other way and you're at the Art Institute of Chicago. Close walking distance to great places to eat as well as to the L. The room we stayed in was nice, but rather small, not a huge issue for just my wife and I, but it is a good thing we didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room. The main issue we had was the thin walls. When we first got into our room, we were greeted to the sound of our neighbor's TV coming through the wall. We also got to listen in on the arguement they had later that night, unfortunately, not by choice. You could also clearly hear people talking our in the hallway.

When we first started planning our stay in Chicago (a romantic pleasure trip) we thought about staying further outside the city and driving in. The idea being to save money by staying in a cheaper hotel and not being forced to pay hotel parking prices. In a last minute whim we said, ah what the heck and decided to stay at the Club Quarters because its in a central location. The choice worked well. What we paid more for was a location that probably saved us money on transportation because we walked everywhere. We were not far from anything but the pier and we even walked there. Good hotel, clean room, quiet, good location, free wine at 5-6pm, nice staff and trouble free stay.

Hotel staff were nice, clean room, love that they provide water.

Great design and very comfortable room and amenities. I liked having beversge and snack options available for late night hungries. The lounge was very spacious and well appointed with a chill vibe. Very Nice

Room not fancy, but clean. Nice amenities like wine and cheese from 5-6 and free bottled water. Location in walking distance for Art Institute and theater. Very close if you go in for Hamilton.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. I always stay at this hotel when in Chicago for work or pleasure.

I was attending a conference at the nearby Palmer House hotel. This hotel is much cheaper and is only three blocks away from the conference site. Very reasonably priced for the area, and everything inside the hotel is fully functional. Hotel staff were friendly and made sure I enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again in the future.

I stayed here alone for a business conference down the street. I felt as though I was in close walking distance to everything and anything I would want to be doing in the heart of Chicago. I was also able to walk less than two blocks to get the train that will take me to O’Hare at the end of my trip. The staff were lovely and helpful, The workout room was sufficient, the room had most everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Main negative is after paying for 3 guests in the room we were given only 2 bath towels,1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. We asked for extras as we were leaving for the Theatre but none were left. We traveled to Chicago by train to attend a play and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs.

My husband and I were in Chicago for a long-weekend and very much enjoyed our stay at Club Quarters. We visited a couple theaters, Millennium Park, the Museum Campus and River North area - Club Quarters was in the perfect location for all of these! This area is very quiet after about 7pm. You really can't beat walking just a few blocks to see Hamilton! Our room was clean and welcoming. I found the bed spread/decor to be a bit out-dated and our TV seemed to lag at times but those are the only criticisms I can think of. The room is a bit smaller than traditional hotel rooms but was the perfect size for a couple who spent most of their time seeing the city. The hotel staff was hospitable and friendly. They offered a wine hour from 5-6pm during the weekdays. Definitely recommend taking advantage of this! I would recommend this hotels to business travelers and couples looking for a long weekend getaway. If you stay here, check out the Revival Food Hall across the street for lunch/happy hour/dinner!

The room is small but clean. I enjoy the filtered water. The club room is a nice area to hang out.

This is our second time staying at Club Quarters. Staff is friendly and helpful. Since our room was available, we were able to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. We plan to make Club Quarters our place to stay when visiting Chicago.

Great restaurant attached. Watched the Super Bowl here! I just stayed one night for business trip. It was affordable ideal for this scenario. I probably wouldn’t do a long stay here. Hotel is clean and simple.

had a hard time getting questions answered from the hotel staff. room was shaped like a rectangle, it was just me in the room with a kitchenette, perfect size. may have been tight with 2 however. the purified water was really nice touch. breakfast in the morning is less than continental, still convenient though. snacks at night were also a great touch

We have stayed in this hotel maybe six times in the last seven yearswhile going to the opera for a weekend. It is a gem in an otherwise pricey hotel area. Clean, good restaurant attached (pub). Biggest downside is the lack of reasonably-priced parking. They used to have a deal with a deck nearby (three blocks away) butended the relationship last year. One day parking is now $47, which more than I am willing to pay very often.
