Check in was supposed to be at 3:00, when we arrived at 3:45 our room was not ready. The staff at the desk was pretty rude about not even knowing when the room was going to be ready. I asked if I could get a text message or a call when the room was ready and she said no I would just have to keep calling back to check. It was beyond not helpful. Everything shut down around our hotel around 9:00 p.m. because of a shooting in the park next door. We couldn't get food or anything.

When we checked in, we got a room with two twin beds. Then when we the correct room, the king bed was worn out and uneven. I could not sleep with my girlfriend in the middle of the bed. It was very uncomfortable (probably would have been more comfortable with two twins!) we made it through the night, but this NOT a satisfying experience at all because of this poor bed! :(

The staff accomodated me when I checked into the wrong hotel. I was supposed to be at 111 Adams Club Quarter instead. That was nice of them. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was great. It was also walking distance to all attractions and even blue line to OHare. Grsat location and will book there again.

Always a consistent stay here; Firm, comfy beds; temperature control is good; comfortable room. I did stay on an upper floor, near the elevator area and could hear a booming sound from the elevator machinery.
Central location in the Loop. Near all the great Chicago sights. Staff is helpful. The room itself is minimal but the amenities of the hotel nearly make up for it. If you are staying at this hotel, this is not for a Downtown staycation. This is where you will lay your head while you enjoy the many sights of the Second City (and grab a drink downstairs at Elephant & Castle afterwards).

Hi John, thank you for choosing Club Quarters while here in Chicago and for the great review! Just a heads up for your next visit, we have 4 room types here at Central Loop and the 2 larger ones (superior and the one-room suite) offer the fridges and microwaves.
